Fabulous hotel just outside centre of Xi'An. Very funky style with trendy industrial decor. Friendly staff. Beautifully clean room with comfortable beds. Free Coffee in bar area. Would definitely stay again!
No coffee in room, although a kettle was provided. Maybe provide a couple of sachets of coffee in room for those of us who struggle to function without a caffeine dose in the morning.
Spacious rooms. Everything was clean. Maid service excellent. Just note there is a night club on the property. They do stop the music at midnight.
Very nice hotel, with very comfortable and clean room. Staff does not really speak English but does its best to help. Also, the laundry (washer and dryer available for free) is a real plus.
The hotel is closed to a road that is quite noisy.
I liked the staff and the facilities. It was also comfortable and quiet and clean!
The location is a bit hard to reach. If you’re a foreigner travelling to Xi’an for the first time it would be really hard on how to get into the city or take bus. Not hard if you’re relying on DIDI, UBER or taxi etc.
But I know the city well so it was ok.
Nice room
There was noise from one of the sensors outside the room. The engineer fixed it two times and it each time it was back after several hours (I had one time sleeping in the 1st night). I changed a room in the 3rd night.
The property is close to the old city. The room was really big and spacious. Barry in reception is super special. He helped me hail a taxi even though it was freezing cold.
The service was amazing and they helped me a lot and the rooms very clean everything about it was amaziiiiiiiiing🥰🥰
the room was spacious, very stylish. the location is ok, not that far from the subway station.
Excellent experience! Superb brand new hotel with fancy decorations. Staffs are quite friendly, wonderful journey in this historical city!
