Pros:

The room was well designed.

Cons:

The trash cans upon front entry were completely full and needed emptying. The luggage cart base was very dirty! The elevator floors were dirty and needed cleaned. The pool was closed, not sure why? For a new hotel, it should not be this worn looking.

Pros:

Staff was GREAT very pleasant welcome with a smile. Room was very clean decorated very nicely. We always stay at Fairfield when traveling to Boston. Hagerstown, Md is our half way mark going & coming back home.

Nice stay clean and comfortable
Pros:

Perfect location we arrived late in the evening and front desk was very polite

Cons:

The key machine was down making it a little inconvenient but the key was put under the door sometime during the night so no problems
