Very convenient hotel, always clean, with good room facilities, including fridge, air conditioning, 2 TVs, plenty of space and an extremely comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Only drawbacks were the tired gym facilities, with interemittent air con and a ppoor range of equipment another exercise bike would have been good! Also, while the swimming pool looked good, it had rather a lot of green algae in it, and as a physically challenged person, it was nearly impossible to get out of - a handrail or shallower steps would have been ideal.
It would have been nice to have a quiet late night drink in the hotel; the rooftop bar was way too noisy, and there was no restaurant or room service to call upon.
However, the hotel suited our needs very well overall, and I expect we will return.

The front desk service is very poor and the attitude of the staff make me feel uncomfortable. The housekeeper didn’t make up the room to meet my qualifications every day. The water in the both showroom comes very slowly and small even though I ask the maintenance to fix it still can’t be solved the problem. I won’t be back to this one star hotel again.

Nice affordable hotel

The hotel was not in one of the busy spots of Bangkok, but the property would get busy at night because of their bar upstairs (Tulum - we didn’t get to try it out, but looked pretty cool).

The hotel wasn’t loud or noisy, but the cleanliness really threw me off. Even though we made a booking for 4 people, the accommodation was essentially for 3 people. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. The room my kids were supposed to sleep in had a small twin bed, with dirt in every corner. One of the bathroom’s had a nail sticking out from the ceiling. And we killed a roach in the main bedroom.

Do not recommend this place at all.

This place needs fumigation badly! Cleanliness is a key issue for comfort.

Hotel was really nice and in good location very affordable, would definitely recommend it especially since the rooms have washer/dryer. The rooftop bar is gorgeous

Air conditioning in lobby was sporadic but my room was always well air conditioned. Wonderful pool though they put a lot of chlorine in it. Suggest you wear goggles and nose plug if you swim. My only complaint is that the hotel is not conveniently located in terms of access to Metro or BTS though the hotel does provide hourly shuttle service to Ekkamai BTS.

Hotel room was very nice and the staff were very helpful. Downside was the location, a bit far from the BTS

its a very nice hotel but far from bts and you will need a cab to get to the nearest bts station

Best place ever

Rooms are big, a very good value. Location is a bit out of the way.

This is my second stay at this property. The rooms are a great value, they are huge. I was upgraded on this stay to a suite that had a second small bedroom as well as master bedroom. Kudos for that.

Now, for the bad items - for some reason, my room's wifi wasn't functioning. I could see both my neighbor's wifi, but not my own. I told the front desk about it and the receptionist asked me to return to my room as she would send a technician to resolve it. The technician never showed up.

Bugs - during my stay, I killed and flushed a spider and two roaches and also policed up the bodies of two more roaches and a bee.

In most ways, this was a excellent stay. Bell services on arrival and check-in were top notch. But those two items marred the stay a bit.

Very nice place. Staff very helpful. Slightly out of the way but not a difficulty in Bangkok with the abundance of taxis.

This is my first time stay very convenient in Bangkok. Other hotels do not have such a great facility in terms of dining, living and good space. I truly recommend 5 stars...
