My favoutite place to stay in Kathmandu
Pros:

I always stay here on my annual Kathmandu visits.Beautful traditional style hotel with 2 lovely garden courtyards. Convenient location in walking distance from Durbar Marg and Thamel. Delucious food. Very comfortable and clean. Friendly and most helpful staff.

A Quiet, Charming Hotel with Great Staff in the Middle of Busy Kathmandu
Pros:

My friend and I stayed here four times during May 2024, using it as a Kathmandu base to see this region of the world. We could not have been happier there. It is down a short lane, tucked away from the big city hustle and bustle, making it feel like a retreat. If my memory serves me correct, this colonial building has previously been a monastery and school; it's full of atmosphere with courtyards, wooden beams, and thick walls. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and not expensive. The local area has a pleasant park, lots of restaurants, and is a short walk from commercial chain hotels such as the Marriott, with rooftop bars that let you see the neighborhood and distant hills. Best of all were the entire staff at Hukum Darbar. Rarely have we encountered being taken care of so much. They were courteous, pleasant, and exceptionally eager to make sure we were comfortable and had what was needed. When we left, we were sad to say goodbye to them--and vice versa! We were grateful to everybody there, including (but not limited to) Alisha, Ayesha, and Brabina - pictured with is here.

Lovely kids friendly place.
Pros:

Me and my husband stayed with my 6 year old,there is a kids play area which my son loved.The ambience of the place is lovely.All the staff are very courteous.The food is really lovely.The courtyard is a beautiful place.Takes you back in time.If you want to experience staying in old Rana palace it's the place to be.Thank you hukum durbar .

Good Hotel
Pros:

Great Heritage and Boutique Hotel that I have ever stayed. The hotel offers best delicious food and drinks😋😋 and, best hospitality and the service. But the location is a bit inside the city. Will visit again in December. Cheers .

Pros:

Great place to stay in Kathmandu. Amazing ambience, friendly staffs and delicious food. One of best heritage and boutique hotel in Kathmandu. Enough parking space and the best part of the hotel is the Courtyard Area which gives you the best experience.
