The hotel and rooms were clean and very comfortable. Also, the price was very affordable. Staff was friendly. I would stay again if given the opportunity.

Staff was helpful and nice
Room was tiny, glass door let so much light in room was basically fully lit with all rhe lights off. And the walls were paper thin heard all the noises from everyone around me. Was woken up at 1am by the people in other rooms having a normal volume conversation. Oh and bathroom wasnt great, drain barely worked. Water everywhere. And hot water took forver to get going.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean. We parked our car in the hotels lot (locked at night) and took Ubers to Old San Juan (about $12-15). Be aware there are lots of homeless people in the area.
The room was perfect size if you are traveling by yourself. They do not have elevators it is only stairs. They do have the train station right next door for convenient transportation option.
Room was nice breakfast was rhe same every day pancakes, waffles,crossants. Overall stay was good

Last time I was in Puerto Rico I stayed at "Coral by the Sea". It wasn't very nice.. read my review. Hotel Next was very clear am the room was nice..
I arrived after miidnight but the staff were friendly and even carried my baggage to the room. Everything in the room worked and I was given the WI-FI password. It worked fine. Breakfast was fine and It was given help with my l luggage. I asked them to call me a taxi and it arrived minutes late. Bottom line I will stay there next time I am in Puerto Rico. Very clean and well kept a nice interior.

The location at first glance doesn’t look good, but is patrolled frequently.
To start it was easy to book a room. Once we arrived the staff member was attentive and even though it was close to midnight, he mentioned a couple places to visit them and there or breakfast sits close by. Amenities were provided upon request with no delay. Room overall was in clean and had all the basic items to get food warm and keep food cool if needed. Thank you!
