Pros:

アメニティが充実していたし、おにぎりのサービスなども期待以上で、スタッフの皆さんもいい感じでした。

満足でした。又利用したいと思います。
Pros:

スタッフの対応がいつも笑顔で素晴らしかった。わざわざ
エレベーターで部屋に上がる時もエレベーター前まで足を
運んでくれお見送りしてくれるのが他のホテルでは中々無いので感動しました。

Cons:

シャワー室のフェイスタオルとバスタオルが2枚ずつ
有ると一段と良いなと思います。

清潔 朝食満足
Pros:

綺麗なホテルで街中でわかりやすかったです。
従業員の方の笑顔も素敵で、
チェックアウトの時は送り出していただき素敵でした。また、機会があったら利用したいです。

Cons:

自販機が各階に無かったのが残念でした。
EVで6階を押しても反応しなかったので
駐車場前の自販機に買いに行きました。
加湿器も当日朝に水を入れててくださってたら嬉しかったです。
結構手間で、子供20代の2人は水入れるんだぁ
わからなかった、と言って私がその部屋も水をいれました。

良いホテルだと思います。
Pros:

夕方のおにぎりサービスが最高でした。

Cons:

飲食コーナーで頼んだおつまみが冷たくて少しがっかりしました。出す前にチェックすることが出来れば良くなると思います。

Lovely hotel, a little gem in Hamamatsu
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, so friendly, polite and helpful. Good location and comfortable, and there is a happy hour for guests!
