If the breakfast improves, this hotel will definitely be my go-to choice.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with a wonderful view. The location was also excellent, with easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and sights. Most importantly, the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and welcoming, and always greeted us with a warm smile.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were very happy with our choice of hotel.

Cons:

One aspect that slightly detracts from the overall quality of the hotel is the breakfast. Considering the standard and character of the hotel, I expected a higher-quality and more varied breakfast.
More importantly, there were no labels or descriptions indicating what the different food items were or what ingredients they contained. We therefore had to ask the staff repeatedly to find out what each dish or food item was. I believe that adding clear and detailed labels, especially information about ingredients and the different options available, would significantly improve the breakfast experience.

Stanza ampia e luminosa, vista meravigliosa. Hotel di piccole dimensioni, curato e molto pulito. Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Torre Galata

Accoglienza e gentilezza anche nel suggerire itinerari locali, il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto, puntualità ortima

Cons:

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà con i tempi di riassetto camera, un paio di volte ho dovuto attendere nella hall, in fascia pomeridiana. Probabilmente carenza di personale?
Un po' di difficoltà a gestire la climatizzazione della camera, termostato cervellotico.

Disappointing…
Cons:

Disappointing. We were told by reception that booking a taxi was 2.2K TL via card or 2K TL by cash. At the end of our airport transfer the taxi charged an extra 200TL on top, likely adding their own “card charge” on top when the reception had already advised the extra 200 by card. This hotel lost our trust.

Istanbul un viaggio da fare assolutamente
Pros:

Hotel molto pulito, personale accogliente e disponibile, camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. La posizione ottima per raggiungere anche a piedi le varie location da visitare.

Cons:

Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Darei un suggerimento riguardo alla colazione. Essendo che prevale una colazione turca forse un cartellino che dica di cosa si tratta senza dover chiedere ogni volta al personale
