Everyone was very friendly and attentive I would definitely stay here again so thank you
Pros:

The staff were very helpful nothing was too much especially Veysel, Ennis and Durian they went above and beyond bless them all

Will definitely be returning and recommending friends
Pros:

The staff were very very attentive and Ockhan the manager is a very hard-working man always doing something very friendly approachable and professional made us feel very welcome

Cons:

Room was comfortable and spacious, shower was lovely, bed very comfortable
Cleaner asked us every day if we would like a room clean which I thought was a good service.

Pros:

Nothing the location was way out from anywhere

Cons:

The fact that all the keys fitted all the doors and a guy came in my room while I was sleep I was not made aware or this as a solo traveler this made me scared so I moved hotels then cut my trip short flew home on the 26th January instead of the 31st hotel won’t refund me even though I left for security reasons.Do not stay at this hotel

We were to far out from the beaches about 2 miles each way. We did get the shuttle bus from the accommodation to the beach.

Disappointing
Pros:

The guy at reception was nice and we had a refeigirator and a kettle in our room.

Cons:

There were no real blanket only sheets. It was not very tidy or clean. There were hair in our shower from before. When we asked for tea in tea bags they did not find it. They never gave us more toilet paper during the cleaning hours even though we put the sign to clean our room on our door. We had to asked them for it. We also got bottled water only the first day and then never again. Usually we get it every day, especially in countries with no drinkable tab water.

Everything was very disappointing, but very disappointing. Room was never cleaned even though 100000 was requested! Air conditioning did not work in several rooms. Wifi was super bad. hardly ever did it the five days we were there. Refrigerators in room did not work. Bed sheets still dirty, floor and furniture filthy even though we just entered the room. You could hear everything through the walls, and desk clerk was horrible! We had to pick up everything ourselves and was super stubborn! She also shouted at us and cursed us while we were talking to the boss about our horrible stay. The pool is gross and smaller than small. The hotel is also not close to anything and you have to take the taxi for everything! After a long hot day outside, having to pay a lot of travel expenses and coming back to a hotel room where it has not been cleaned and the air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, room lights and WiFi do not work (IN SEVERAL ROOMS!!! ) with terribly rude staff. We will never come back and no one deserves to stay here. Terrible terrible hotel. Stayed 5 days and it was horror. It's even better to sleep on the street. We didn't get our money back either. It was not cheap!

Average hotel with extremely comfortable beds
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable. Close to no noise, slept like a baby. Helpful and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The standard room is really cramped. Barely any room to open your suitcases. The carpets in the lobby were just straight up nasty. TV didn't work but I managed to fix it myself. The airconditioning works fine but takes a few minutes to boot up for some reason. Not a big fan of the atmosphere, the reception doesn't feel very welcoming.

Great short stay
Pros:

Very clean hotel, the pool is also good
The manager is very helpful
You can access the center by bus, there are frequently so many buses.
Value of money is good and the area there is calm with not so many tourists.
I recommend it.

Jacked up prices, no help with stuff that I forgot in the room

Cons:

Jacked up prices on taxi fares and stuff alike; the old approach "let's rip them off".
Go for taxis elsewhere.
