Hotel and staff were fine. Good buffet breakfast. There were limited bars and restaurants near the hotel. So you need to eat at the hotel restaurant which was ok and reasonable price.
Wonderful friendly and helpful staff.
Facilities in the hotel were fabulous.
Rooms very clean with comfortable beds. Lovely hot shower.
Staff are so friendly and very accommodating. We are cycling the length of Vietnam and the weather was becoming a problem with floods ahead of us so we decided to head to Thailand for a couple of weeks. Incredibly, the hotel agreed to store our bikes. We are so grateful to them.
Lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Great restaurant too!
Looking forward to returning to the hotel and continuing our journey south.
Located next to a meandering river dividing Nghệ An Province and Hà Tĩnh Province, next to Vinh City. Delightful scenic surrounding allowing pleasant morning or late afternoon walk around the hotel at the waterfront. It has a wonderful open dining patio with excellent view of sunset while enjoying a beer, a cocktail or a glass of wine and delicious Vietnamese/Western/Taiwanese food. Spacious room with a hint of freshly cleaned scent. Besides Vietnamese, hotel has staff who can communicate in English or Chinese. I would like to visit it again next time I am in the
Vinh City proximity.
The staff and the boss are super helpful, thank you again!! Also beds are very comfy so all good!
Nothing, we left within an hour of arriving and were intimidated and extorted by the staff.
They are running a prostitution ring in the guise of a massage parlor. We were led to believe the hotel was legitimate based on reviews but urge everyone to reconsider and will be pushing booking.com to delist this property. We were threatened by the massage ‘staff’ into paying them until they would let us leave.
This ranks as our worse experience in the country thus far. We have loved everything about Vietnam; the culture, the amazing people, and the landscapes. It’s our second time visiting for an extended vacation. This hotel started like the rest: great service , very clean rooms, and great value. My best friend and his partner proceeded to go get a massage at the on site spa. They were separated and then when the masseuses arrived in mini skirts and stilettos, there were multiple sexual advances made on them and also non consensual touch in private vulnerable areas. They left early, and the staff asked that they pay full price and tried to ask them to pay more saying falsely that they ordered food. They felt so violated that we left 3 hours after arriving and found a new hotel. The staff then came to my room, said they had a massage, and then asked if we wanted one too. I firmly declined. Our friends felt so violated and unsafe that we didn’t feel safe posing this review until we left the city the next day. I cannot recommend or support this hotel and it was our worse experience in the country to date.
See above. Additionally, when trying to order food and room service , no staff answered the phones after multiple attempts.
Staff were very friendly. The rooftop resteraunt was good.
I slept really well.
I liked that it wasn't in the middle of town
Bathroom was a bit dated and there were dirty marks on the flooring.
I've paid far less for better hotels.
TV didn't have any international channels which seemed strange for a conference hotel.
Clean rooms and restaurant food was good.
Loud annoying music prostitute showed up when I wanted a massage, restaurant staff asked me to pay before I finished my meal.
Great hotel. Brand new. All was great. Quality of sleep was great too

The hotel itself is no doubt a good hotel according to north American standard. Breakfast is ok. The roof is leaking into the restaurant, but I guess this will be repaired soon. However the spa was a disappointment, not exactly what I would have expected.
Absolute nice, large and comfortable rooms. Excellent shower.
Skyroof bar with a view.
It’s not a negative comment, but we’d liked more fruit for breakfast, as Vietnam has a fabulous offer.
