少し２人では部屋が狭かったですが良かったです。
Pros:

プライベートが取れチェックイン、チェックアウトが自由で良かった。

Pros:

軽食があったのと、コーヒーが飲めたこと。部屋がコンテナごとなので隣を気にせずに過ごせたこと。

Cons:

駐車場の出入りがしにくいのと、駐車場ももう少しゆとりがある広さだと、より良かったです。

Pros:

入室すると部屋がとっても臭い！部屋にあるスプレーを使ってみましたが、水が入ってるのか？ってくらい効果がないです。慣れてしまえばなんとかなりましたが、ちょっと残念でした。こちらのホテル、場所によっては階段上って入室ですが、こちらは階段なしです。目の前の道路は中央分離帯があるため、右折できません。

コスパは最高。
Pros:

美味しい軽食（冷凍弁当）が付いている。
料金が安い。
自動販売機の価格設定も良心的。
コインランドリーも、ドラム式で使いやすい。

Cons:

遮音性に関して、
コンテナルームのため両隣や上下階からの生活音が気になることは無かったが、唯一ある窓の先は駐車場になっており、他の部屋の宿泊者と思わしき人が話しながら車に乗り込んだ際、話し声が丸聞こえで窓が開いているのかと思うくらいで少し驚きました。

配棟について
宿泊棟がL字型に配棟されており、駐車場から部屋までの通路としてはやや距離があり、車から荷物を運ぶ際、手間取りました。
