Insgesamt ein positiver Auffenthalt und sehr freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Frühstück war ausreichend und alles gut angerichtet sowie strukturiert aufgebaut. Für uns persönlich waren die Kopfkissen zu dick. Für einen längeren Auffenthalt würde wir mehr Stauraum für Kleidung benötigen.

Cons:

Keine geschlossenen Schrankelemente und im Bad wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen, gemütlichen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das freundliche und kundenorientierte Team, machte insgesamt einen familiären Eindruck. Der neue Hotelmanager Z.Tsitaihvili fand für jede gesonderte Anfrage eine gute Lösung und ließ sich sogar zum Geburtstag meines Mannes etwas Nettes einfallen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig angerichtet. Die Umgebung nahe Wald und See lud zum täglichen Spaziergang ein. Unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen.

Cons:

Wir haben in unserem Badezimmer eine Ablage vermisst.

Montana Hotel Gummersbach Nord ist ein außergewöhnlich angenehmes,ruhiges und gut gelegnes Hotel mit exzellentem service,der die Bedürfnisse seiner Gäste voll und ganz erfüllt.Es verfügt über einen sehr sauberen und warmen Pool sowie Saunen!Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Eingang.Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet.Von den Balkonen hat man einen herrlichen Bergblick.Gegenüber befinden sich ein Fitnessraum,Garten,Sportplätze und Wald.Der Manager ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!100/100!

But there is 1 "BUT". I was there for 2 day and there was no cleaning between, no a bottle of water. I did not put any sign "not to clean".
