Then the bug people cam and spray under us and seem like all bugs came to us ROCHES 🙄 🙃 I never had them before and OMG IT WAS BAD AFTER A WEEK office said they could not move us so we left early because of the bugs

Manager kept getting upset with me because I was using Booking.com for the deals. He wanted me to pay through them which was way higher than booking. He told me one price then switched it to a higher price so when I went to booking for the cheaper price, he told me to leave and I had my 2 kids with me. He said that I was costing him money because I wanted to pay less.

This place does false advertising! When I got there, not only did the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures online, but the bathroom was not clean and there were roaches everywhere! Totally disgusting, don't waste your time.

The room smelled like a previous smoker occupied it. I’ve washed my clothes 3 times now and the smell of that room is still faintly there. When I arrived my room wasn’t ready, they were cleaning it so I got this room instead.Im sure the room they were cleaning though probably wasn’t much better. My room had a lot of bugs, roaches in the refrigerator, I bought a bottle of bug spray at dollar store. One day I was interpreted twice once for housekeeping on my housekeeping day which I understood the 2nd time was maintenance who really didn’t do anything, was loud just asked if my lights and everything were working, commented about how high I liked to keep my heater and then left. My door was scratched up, looked like it had been kicked in before perhaps. I will never stay at this property again. The picture on booking.com of this is place was no where close. I didn’t have any pots and pans, dishes, only 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and a roll of toilet paper. The pots and pans, dishes were extra I guess although I assumed they came with the room.
