Horrible place a lot of drug addicts live (os stay) on the place, I couldn't sleep for this halloween one single night I and my son locked ourselves on the room! Be safe don't saty on these place! I've alrady recomended booking not to have this place as an acomodation option because it's not!!!!!

The young lady at the front desk she was amazing she answered all my questions she handled all of the problems that had if it wasn't for her I would not have stayed but knew how to change everything and turn it around and made me stay another week I wish I knew her name but forgotten it but when I do go back I will get her name in send it to you all she knows how to get you to stay and puts a smile 😁😁 on your face thanks for her service need more employees like herself I will be back and hopefully she's at the front desk thanks and Advance Birch Hill P.S Rodney Allen 😁😁😁

The office personnel was just rude
K made a reservation for a week and the day i was driving to get there from florida someone from the hotel called me telling me there was no rooms available and that they were going to cancel on their end so i wouldn’t get charged for canceling and they never did i got charged i called hotels.com and they could never reach antone at the hotel to confirm that they were the ones that cancelled so that i could get a refund.
Locks on door is broken..they dont have anyone coming to clean rooms, plus they charge you for toilet paper

I couldn't get any toiletries, towels nor bedding after staying there for three weeks.
