Precioso lugar. Muy bonitos los jardines y muy acogedora la pieza
The breakfast was freshly prepared and intimately served in an interior room overlooking the garden area. We met fascinating people also staying at Casa Noble and shared experiences and made recommendations based on our activities.
We also got to watch the US NFC Championship game with our beloved Seahawks!
Would have liked the trash emptied daily instead of having to let them know and we were unaware that there were evening events in town. Would have been nice to be informed about local activities/events, etc. that we may be interested in participating in.
A very pretty and comfortable casa in a good location. The staff were very nice, especially the lovely Lydia at reception during the day, and the equally helpful young man in the evenings.
I stayed at the property twice - the first time on the ground floor and the second time in one of the suites upstairs. The upstairs room was definitely quieter.
It was hard to get hot water.

You booking always exaggerating these places in order to get your commission, no wifi in the room, the air conditioner leaking all night, and the stupid door is not big enough for a person to go through it you have to go in side ways. It 14 inch wide the opening. It’s not even 2 star by international rating and you people rate it 4 star. That is shame .
Very cheap company the wash towels are shredded on the edges. Very basic breakfast. Only four options every day the same items.
We had a big and beautiful room. The workers were nice and even gave us some food at 6:30 AM because we had to leave for the Acatenango hike.

En general todo estuvo excelente, solo tuvimos un problema con la temperatura del agua pero el personal se encargó de solucionarlo rápidamente

Las habitaciones súper cerradas, tenía un olor a humedad que estuvo durante las 4 noches que estuvimos. La cama muy incómoda. Para la relación calidad - comodidad - precio me pareció deficiente, no lo repetiría.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, well preserved, well maintained. Feels very high end. Obviously it lacks some space and facilities, it's not that kind of hotel, but it has all the charm of a historic building that you would expect in a place like this.
The wifi seemed a little bit weak in the room at times. The coffee felt a bit watery and lacking flavour. Other than those small things, the hotel is very well executed.
