La comodidad, ubicación y personal excelente.
El cuarto que nos tocó era algo estrecho el baño y el cuarto no contaba con una silla o bote de basura extra.
This was our second year staying at Casa Noble. We stayed 10 nights and were very happy with the comfortable bed, hot shower, breakfast and cleanliness of the entire property. The staff members at this hotel are wonderful - kind and helpful.
Rooms on the second level were unable to connect to WIFI but we were assured that the hotel is aware and they will be taking steps to correct this.
La proximité du centre, le quartier, l’amabilité et gentillesse du personnel, notamment de la jeune fille de l’accueil qui nous a permis de garder la chambre deux heures de plus et du gardien qui nous a gentillement aidés à trouver un petit repas tard le soir.
J’ai pu changer de chambre car elle était très sombre et près d’une fontaine qui rendait le lieu humide. Heureusement!

We hiked the Actanengo and kept our luggages at the property, they were so kind after getting back to take our luggage and accepted to give us a room for few hours to take a shower and rest when they don’t usually accept this request.
The stuff was very kind and helped us through booking shuttles, activities and used their accommodation when we already made a check out
The second floor room was amazing, quiet and with great view of the volcanos. First floor room less recommended because it is noisier and doesn’t have the view. Staff was extremly helpful, especially when we weren’t able to get a cab to get to our shuttle and we were in a time crunch

Beautiful old casa with lovely courtyard
The bathroom was so small that we had to sit sideways on the toilet. The room was pretty small, too. To be fair, not all rooms are this tight (we glanced into the room next door). Our room was #7. I would avoid it.
Muy lindo hotel con un lindo jardín y muy bien ubicado
O quarto era muito charmoso, a cama aconchegante, o chuveiro muito bom! O café da manhã também era bom. A localização é ótima, faz tudo a pé e restaurantes bons a uma curta distância.
O Wifi é realmente muito muito ruim. Precisam rever isso, pois fiquei em outras estadias na Guatemala que eram de tamanhos semelhantes e a internet funcionava super bem.

The breakfast was freshly prepared and intimately served in an interior room overlooking the garden area. We met fascinating people also staying at Casa Noble and shared experiences and made recommendations based on our activities.
We also got to watch the US NFC Championship game with our beloved Seahawks!
Would have liked the trash emptied daily instead of having to let them know and we were unaware that there were evening events in town. Would have been nice to be informed about local activities/events, etc. that we may be interested in participating in.
A very pretty and comfortable casa in a good location. The staff were very nice, especially the lovely Lydia at reception during the day, and the equally helpful young man in the evenings.
I stayed at the property twice - the first time on the ground floor and the second time in one of the suites upstairs. The upstairs room was definitely quieter.
It was hard to get hot water.

El internet en nuestra habitación (10) no llegaba bien.
You booking always exaggerating these places in order to get your commission, no wifi in the room, the air conditioner leaking all night, and the stupid door is not big enough for a person to go through it you have to go in side ways. It 14 inch wide the opening. It’s not even 2 star by international rating and you people rate it 4 star. That is shame .
Very cheap company the wash towels are shredded on the edges. Very basic breakfast. Only four options every day the same items.
We had a big and beautiful room. The workers were nice and even gave us some food at 6:30 AM because we had to leave for the Acatenango hike.
Nothing bad about this hotel.
