La habitación es normal, y estaba muy bien por el precio

Las almohadas eran muy duras y estaba en un tercero sin ascensor y para subir nuestras maletas era un poco complicado, por lo demás bien!

Solo nos gusto la ubicación.

Cons:

Primero deben advertir que es un motel y no un hotel, segundo el mal servicio y atención por parte de todo el personal ni siquiera el saludo de bienvenida, a la hora de brindar información no respondían, ni para un cambio de pilas tenían, además el sitio al ser un motel se escuchan demasiados sonidos en la noche y altas horas de la madrugada lo que impide descansar de manera más tranquila, el colchón de hundía, el baño no tenía ducha, solo una manguera (quizás por ser motel) los jabones de motel que no alcanzaron ni para la estadía, nos toco comprar por aparte. La ducha no tenía puerta y se mojaba todo el baño al uno bañarse. La habitación que nos toco quedaba al pie de la avenida y toda la noche pasaban motos y carros. En definitiva no lo recomiendo y más si llevas niños evitalo por completo.

La ubicación. El chek in fue rápido y agradable sus empleados.

No hay agua de tomar en la habitación
La señora de recepción me retuvo al salir porque debía validar las pertenencias del hotel en la habitación. Esto es muy desagradable. En todo caso la reserva fue hecha con booking y si hay alguna situación se resuelve por esta vía. Quien estuvo en el hotel fue mi esposo, el es ingeniero y estaba en la zona trabajando en una nueva escuela que se construye en Puerto Plata.

Un hotel de paso para disfrutar de Puerto Plata
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca de los lugares y atracciones principales de Puerto Plata como lo es la plaza central, el malecón, la calle de las sombrillas y la calle Rosa.

Cons:

1. La cama del hotel súper blanda (deformada) no fue un buen descanso, pedimos un cambio pero la otra habitación ofrecida tenía el mismo problema de los colchones

The hotel is nice, there was construction happening when we arrived so from the outside it looked a little wild but it was a beautiful hotel. The rooftop is so nice and huge. We would stay again.
