Overpriced, not clean, unfriendly staff, broken equipment, wouldn’t stay again.

Beds were comfy

Cons:

Towels were dirty and had hair in them. Door to room was messed up had to lift it to close it. Noisey. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. Ac didn’t work well. Staff wasn’t friendly. Charged twice even after explaining I already paid through booking.

Rooms modern, clean and comfortable.Lobby and dining and bar experience isn’t pleasant.
Pros:

Big clean rooms with large comfortable beds in a reasonably central location just off Canal Street and a short walk into the French Quarter

Cons:

This is the Big Easy and the staff reflected the big easy, chilled laid back vibe. Nothing wrong with that if the service is good alongside friendly smiles. Unfortunately, the service felt very perfunctory. Breakfast offering and service was poorly and presented with basic grace, so didn’t bother after the first night even though we’d paid for it.

The second time we stayed there it was great.

Cons:

The first time we were there we were not told we had to use the room key to operate the elevator. Learned the hard way. It was also unusually cold and the heat was not working.

I loved my stay at Canopy! Every trip I make to Nola will be at the Canopy!

It was very nice! Room service was fast, room was clean. Valet was super easy! It was close and walking distance to everything.
