The stay was so good~ 1 day wasn’t enough. Planning a return trip with the next month.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and the stay was amazing. Located to all the downtown areas and rail cars. The Hubby and I will be returning for our anniversary and his birthday. Sept. 5th

Hotel jest nowy, pokoje są czyste i świeże. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, obok French quoter.

Cons:

W hotelu w sierpniu było strasznie zimno, w pokoju nie dało rady nastawić wyższej temperatury.

Overall great stay but I wouldn’t book again
Pros:

Location and very friendly valet service people. Check in lady was very nice.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable. My husband back was hurting so bad the last two days. Mine started but I had taken something for pain. Rooms has no refrigerators or microwaves. Didn’t receive free breakfast tickets like other guess.

My stay the the Canopy was great. Customer service, cleanliness, and the location.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The waitress and the cook Tia i believe that was her name was great, very helpful, great customer service, and had a pleasant smile.

Cons:

I can't say there was anything that I didn't like.

Overall, it was a decent location.
Pros:

I like that the location was walking distance to canal street and bourbon street.

Cons:

Disappointed that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room and for the price we paid for our stay.I feel that breakfast should have been complimentary

Great place to stay with some small improvements
Pros:

Staff were great, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel overall is nice with good facilities

Cons:

Valet took 40 mins to return to car, which was a little annoying when we had a long drive ahead of us - neither the TV or coffee machine worked in our room
