My stay the the Canopy was great. Customer service, cleanliness, and the location.
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful. The waitress and the cook Tia i believe that was her name was great, very helpful, great customer service, and had a pleasant smile.

Cons:

I can't say there was anything that I didn't like.

Overall, it was a decent location.
Pros:

I like that the location was walking distance to canal street and bourbon street.

Cons:

Disappointed that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room and for the price we paid for our stay.I feel that breakfast should have been complimentary

Great place to stay with some small improvements
Pros:

Staff were great, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel overall is nice with good facilities

Cons:

Valet took 40 mins to return to car, which was a little annoying when we had a long drive ahead of us - neither the TV or coffee machine worked in our room

Pros:

Central and comfortable bed

Cons:

Cleaners kept leaving their cloths and towels lying around the room
Also the hotel adds extra charges and taxes so the stay was much higher than the price quoted on booking.com

Cerca de todo pero sin el bullicio continuo.
Pros:

El baño muy cool y cómodo, la ubicación cerca de todo, pero sin el ruido.

Cons:

Los empleados de recepción, poco amables, poco comunicativos, nunca saludaban, estaban ahí por obligación. Contrario a los del Valet y el restaurante que eran súper amables y se les notaba las ganas de estar ahí.
