A comfortable hotel with parking
Pros:

A comfortable hotel with parking. A short walk from a Metro line which took us into Central Tblisi. The rooms were large and clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

I was told there was an extra charge to use the pool, although the staff then said they would let me use it. However, a member of staff had to open the door to provide access any time we wanted to go to the outside area. We were only there a short time so in the end did not bother

Nice hotel and helpful staff
Pros:

Nice large room with a nice bathroom, staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a good buffet breakfast with a good choice of food, and a handy on site restaurant were all the food we had was very good. There is also an onsite swimming pool.

Pros:

Clean rooms and a women who works in reception

Cons:

In my opinion, this hotel’s rating is not accurate and seems manipulated. I’m honestly surprised that, despite so many issues, this hotel has a rating of 9, while there are much, much better hotels with ratings below 9. So I would definitely not trust the rating.

The location is absolutely terrible. In terms of location alone, I wouldn’t even give it a 1.

The staff and overall service were also very disappointing. The place feels much more like a motel than a 4-star hotel.

The breakfast was really poor as well.

The rooms were clean, which is one positive point, but they definitely need to be repainted and refreshed.

The hotel has a very ornate, royal-style design. If you prefer minimalist and modern interiors, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Personally, the design was really not to my taste and was disappointing when I saw it in person.

Overall, considering the location, service, and quality, I don’t think this hotel is worth the price at all. I would give it a 0/10.

Exceptional stay — excellent hospitality, comfort and service. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient for exploring Tbilisi.

What impressed us most was the genuine warmth and hospitality of the entire team — from the reception staff and security to the bellboy and housekeeping.

A special mention to the lovely housekeeping lady. When we returned from our local trip, she was still finishing our room and kept apologizing that she hadn’t completed it before we arrived. She really didn’t need to apologize at all — if anything, we felt we should have thanked her more! Her kindness, sincerity and dedication were truly touching and a wonderful example of genuine Georgian hospitality.

The breakfast is just so delicious and having good local variety.

Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Residence Plaza to anyone visiting Tbilisi.
