I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Residence Plaza in Tbilisi. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere welcoming, and the overall service professional and attentive.
I would especially like to thank Khatuna from the bar/restaurant area for her kindness and warm attitude. Her genuine hospitality and professionalism made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my stay in Tbilisi memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

An amazing stay overall—comfortable room, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed it.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The room was spacious and cozy, with everything we needed. The location is great and very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Pros:

Lo staff era molto cordiale, sono stati veramente gentili e ci sono venuti incontro quando avevamo bisogno di anticipare la colazione

Cons:

La colazione era scarsa, piena di tante verdure ma il resto con poca scelta, il latte un giorno lo abbiamo trovato scaduto e il pane vecchio. Per il tipo di struttura può sicuramente migliorare
