The staff was very helpful, they helped me organize a birthday cake for my husband. Rooms are clean, the hotel is not brand new and you see it sometimes, but nothing that would spoil your stay. Pool with a nice view, billard. Diversified breakfast.

Cons:

The only downside is that it's not within the Old Tbilisi, so you need to walk longer or take a Bolt (which is quite cheap here, so convenient enough).

Rekommenderar starkt detta hotell. Personalen är fantastisk!
Pros:

Rummen och hotellet var rena och välstädade, wifi fungerade bra.
Poolen var riktigt fin att få svalka sig i. Frukosten var god.
Det bästa med vistelsen var personalen som hade en en riktigt bra service. Vi fick hjälp med att förvara väskor och vi fick förlänga utcheckningen utan problem.

I would definitely stay it this hotel again if I were to return to Tbilisi.
Pros:

The staff were all-round very kind and generous with their time. Most of them spoke some English, for which I was very grateful. The food was OK, the pool too. It was ideal in many respects for the purposes of our visit, which was a friend's wedding. The air-conditioning worked fine and the memory foam matrasses were very comfortable. The pictures of the hotel are a true reflection, except for the swimming pool - which is now ever better for the building of a sun terrace with lots of sunbeds and a discrete changing room!

Cons:

I do take into account it was very hot weather during our stay, and that the extractors turn off when you exit the room, so it takes a few mins to refresh the room when you come back in.
It was a little too far to walk to the centre of the city (I'm age 67), so we had to (easily) book an Uber Taxi each day, there and back. But honestly, it was not that expensive, when shared between 3 or 4 people, or even if you were on your own for that matter.

Отель очень понравился, чистые и уютные номера. . Замечательный персонал, особенно на ресепшен. Немного далековато от центра, но в отеле есть прекрасный ресторан.

Загалом сподобалось.
Pros:

Чудове місце розташування в центрі, але при цьому дуже тихо. Персонал дуже привітливий, чуйний і готовий допомогти. Безкоштовне паркування. Басейн. Адміністраторка - Ніно!

Cons:

Чистота не на вищому рівні, але це не про цей готель окремо, це всюди в Грузії. В одному з номерів не працював холодильник.
