جمال الطبيعه حول الفندق و النظافه والهدوء والموظفين ودودين خاصة زلال في الاستقبال والأخت هلال يابرك من قسم خدمة الضيوف
فقد ساعدتني في مخاطبة منتجع التزلج في بولو والبحث عن حقيبة يدي المفقوده هناك وبفضلها وجدتها وتم شحنها لي
كذلك بوفيه الفندق جميل ومتنوع والموظفين متعاونين جدا وسريعين شكرا لهم جميعا ،

لا يقبلون حجز السائح من مواقع حجوزات تركية فقد قامو بإلغاء حجزي الأول وطلبو الحجز من بوكينج وهناك فرق في السعر فعملت حجز جديد من بوكينج ..
وقالو هاذا سياسة الفندق !

Pros:

From the arrival to fast check in and we received our room within 10 minutes, the rooms was cosy and comfortable and spacious, the view was great , we stayed for 3 nights , the price for half board i think it worth it. The breakfast was great ( not excellent) , any additional drinks with a fees ( coffee and fresh orange juice) , mid day 3:30 to 4:30 tea hour for dessert , tea and variety of salad and snacks options. Dinner buffet was excellent and they changed the main course every day, it was nice culinary experience trying different turkish food everyday , the facilities from indoor pool ( 1 for adults , 1 for women only , and 1 for families with children) and spa was amazing, the hotel area and the forest walk was something enjoyable to do everyday,

Cons:

Being 5 stars luxury retreat cleanliness should beca must , especially around the buffet area, i had 2 incidents with ants near the food section, and othe incident ( small water bug within the seating area) which I wouldn’t expect to be seen inside the facility, being large facilities with indoor pools to enjoy, I expect to use the facilities i came for so 1 day the adult pool was out of service, and the other days families and children was using it although it clearly labeled for adults only .. and there is another pool for families with children , they should keep an eye on this matter..

الموقع ممتاز عند البوابه ستار بوكس وسبرماركت كل شي كان رائع وجميل

فقط الاطلاله ليست كامله دفعت مطل عالبحيرة والغرف تطل جزئي فقط
التكيف لا يبرد جيدا فتحنا الشباك حتى تبرد الغرفه لان الجو الخارجي ابرد عن التكيف
