Nothing really
The location and the reception staff were kind..
Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the safe in our room wasn't working, and it took three visits to the reception before the issue was finally resolved. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not strong enough despite the high summer temperatures. We also requested that our room be cleaned every morning, but one day it was not serviced at all. Overall, the location is the hotel's main advantage, but because of these issues, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Чудовий готель! Дуже чисто, затишно, привітний персонал і приємна атмосфера. Після важкої дороги та тривожних новин про нічні обстріли Києва було особливо цінно, що нас заселили одразу після приїзду, значно раніше часу заселення. Це дало змогу відпочити й трохи оговтатися. Дякуємо за турботу та гостинність! Обов’язково повернемося ще.

Das Hotel war ok, dank der guten Lage kann man zu Fuß überall gut hinkommen.
Für mein Geschmack ist das Hotel bzw. Empfangsbereich zu dunkel, alles ist schwarz. Das Partnerhotel nebenan hat für mich eine ruhigere, freundliche Atmosphere.
Bra läge, och bra personal
Skulle fått ett rum med balkong men det fick vi inte, dessutom var vissa dörrar sönderslagna och bara tejpade ex toalettdörren
