Beautiful room! Good aircon. Great wifi. Perfect for 1 night before we went on a tour for Mt Bromo
It is a new, modern, nice building. The beds are comfy, tall, and have soft mattresses. The breakfast is nice, and they provide a variety of food. The location is good and quiet at night, which makes for a good rest and is not noisy.
The room is too small; there isn't much space to put things. If it is more spacious, it will be much better. A little fridge in the room would add more value for the hotel rooms.

Security at the main entrance - helpful with my luggage to take out from the Grab car and also on my way to airport
Reception - Heart of the House! I can’t remember his name but your colleague who checked me in on 09 June. He has a welcoming, warmth, friendly and the customer service mind! He explained to me the facilities of the hotel. Also introduced me to the local drink (which I missed it) I also want to praise other reception staff that I had encountered😊
Loca Loca Restaurant - firstly, the staff were friendly!! This added to even make me more enjoy breakfast for the next 3 days. Female staff wearing black was extremely assisting the operation of the restaurant every now and then. I see her walking up and down, cleaning the buffet spread, clearing up the table. Well done! I didn’t get her name 😥 also like to mention Bobby!! After I had breakfast on the first day, he sent me off to the lift😊 the rest of the days that I had breakfast was always a full and enjoyable one. The place is clean, easy and comfortable. What I love most about the breakfast spread is the “Hot Chocolate” I made sure I will have 2 cups during breakfast. I love it and others should try their Hot Chocolate!
Guest Room - simple and practical interior just what I need.
Housekeeping - the room was always made up! I don’t know who was the room attendant but she or he surely did a good job in tidying up the room for me.
Fitness Center - small and equipped with just what I need for a quick work out.
Overall - I really had a great time staying at ibis tidar Surabaya and will stay here again.

The property was a good value for money for business travel. It was located in the city Center and staff was very courageous. The property was very nice and clean and it had amazing breakfast. I would love to stay back in the property when I am next in Surabaya.
