It has no parking available and hot water was not working. Attend said they did not have queen size bed in the entire facility but they were available on the reservation we made.

Cons:

No elevator, have carry our heavy luggage up to flights of stairs, no parking, now breakfast, blankets had stains and burns

No elevators and we each had a 50 pound suitcase, no toiletries, no lights on the nightstands, didn’t appear very clean, linens were stained

the fact that the man giving us our room was very rude and yelled at me. screaming to me that I can only bring in 1 bag and had the nerve to call me dirty cause he said the clothes I bring could have roaches and bed bugs. when me and my girlfriend have jobs are extremely clean and just on vacation and he consistently threatened me that if we didn't like it we could leave even though I already gave him a 60 dollar deposite. and the room was mediocre at best and that the motel was in a terrible location.

Shocked! Not at all what we expected! Pictures in website NOT the actual building or location! No elevator had to carry all luggage for 18 day cruise up a flight of steps ...and I am 66 and just had a massive heartattack and hubs is 70 with a bad back. Horrible way to start our dream vacation!!!!!

Help was kind but very much false advertising! The facilities are old, delineated, tiny, bare bones.
Pros:

Staff were nice and helpful, gave us their ice…

Cons:

Location, it was old, nothing like photos and very low level accommodations tiny, toilet, sink and shower size of a small RV bathroom. This is not as pictures say at all! No ice machine, no vending machine or any extra anything on site, not near anything.
