Convenient location, but the state of the entire motel made the stay very uncomfortable.
Pros:

Location convenient to get to cruise port, and attendant was pleasant.

Cons:

Filthy lobby and rooms. We slept in our clothes, on top of the blanket. Bathroom door didn't open all the way because it hit the sink. Lobby only accessible by stairs. Man appearing to be on drugs was posted at the bottom of the stairs.
