Great location and views of the space center (in the distance) lovely walks along the water - excellent value!

Nice hotel very well located if you visiting KSC A good surprise above all our expectations.
Pros:

Nice hotel very convenient located if you are visiting KSC and watching a launch. Staff were very friendly and all was very well organised and practical specially if you travel with kids.

La proximidad al KSC

Cons:

La habitación con vistas a una pared que nos dieron, a pesar de haber pagado otro tipo de habitación. Estaban completos por un lanzamiento y no nos ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, ni siquiera la cancelación con rembolso. Además, se produjo una actualización de precios (a la baja, porque el lanzamiento se aplazó) y no nos aplicaron la nueva tarifa, ni ningún tipo de compensación o detalle o una simple sonrisa de empatía. Muy baja calidad en la relación con el cliente.

Great facility and wonderful location

Great facilities, beautiful location, clean.

Cons:

Front desk personnel was somewhat rude. I had booked the room in my husband’s name, but he was stuck working late and we needed to check in. We were able to work out the issue, but not before the front desk lady cut me off mid sentence to service the next people in line. That she was very nice to. I’m not sure why she was so snippy to me initially. “Marriott is very by the book about our policies, that’s why we are Marriott” my husband travels for work and we’ve never had this issue at any other Marriott.

Great location for easy access to the Kennedy Space Center.
Pros:

Closeness to Kennedy Space Center. Nice, friendly staff. Nice trail for walking or jogging along the water's edge.

Cons:

We reserved a room with a patio, but did not expect the patio to open to the parking lot. Would have preferred a more private patio where you are not facing the front end of cars. TV that angles towards the bed for easy viewing and relaxing. No bathroom fan, bathroom fogs up quickly during shower.
