Atendimento muito profissional. Meninas da recepção e as que tive contato no bar,
Como Michelle (e esqueci a que nos ajudou com o bolo para o parabéns do meu marido, perdão! Foram ótimas, muito proativas. Ela estava no Space Bar e desceu para nos ajudar). O quarto com vista para o mar e para a base foi ótimo tb.

Cons:

Carpete no quarto. Cheiro forte de umidade. Se tirarem o carpete dos quartos o hotel fica perfeito, na nossa visão.

Für 3 Sterne bekommt man hier ein verhältnismäßig tolles Hotel und richtig viel Spacecoast Stimmung geboten. Gerne wiede
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft könnte für einen Besuch im Kennedy Space Center nicht besser sein und die Dachterrasse bietet eine perfekte Aussicht auf das Cape Caneveral und die Raketenstarts! Shops und Lokale sind zwar nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, unter den Umständen kann man das aber verkraften und es gibt einen gut ausgestatteten, kleinen Laden in der Lobby. Das Space Thema des Hotels macht richtig gute Laune, das Essen im Bistro ist sehr lecker und das Personal freundlich. Direkt vor dem Hotel, am Indian River, lässt es sich außerdem toll entspannen. Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung und sind zur Genüge vorhanden

Cons:

Das Housekeeping war von 3 Aufenthaltstagen leider nur einmal am Zimmer und es gab keine Möglichkeit zu lüften. Da die Klimaanlage etwas muffig roch, war es teilweise etwas stickig. Wenn ich nochmal hierher kommen würde, würde ich daher ein Zimmer mit Terrasse buchen. In der Dusche brach außerdem am ersten Tag eine Halterung ab.
Im Bistro waren manche Mitarbeiter etwas langsam, was zu sehr langen Wartezeiten führte.
Noch ein kleine Hinweis: Direkt vor dem Launchpad 40 liegt ein Gebäude, sodass man die Startrampe vom Hotel aus nicht sieht.

Great service and location!
Pros:

I arrived early and fabulous Casey at the front desk was able to find me a wonderful room and let me check in early! A tall order because the hotel was fully booked and I had requested a river view room on a higher floor. Thank you Casey!! Superstar Caden at the Space Bar and breakfast Bistro took spectacular care of me!! Ashley was a superhelpful cleaning lady! Anita at the front desk took care of me when my room key blew away while in the jacuzzi!! The hotel is at a great location for Kennedy Space Center adventures, the Warbird museum, and convenient to Playalinda and Coco beaches! The service is topnotch and the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful! The view from the Space Bar is excellent for a launch! The only negatives are that the hotel does not offer a secure internet connection, no room service, and has no food options from 10 am - 4 pm other than a small pantry shop. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel very well located if you visiting KSC A good surprise above all our expectations.

Nice hotel very convenient located if you are visiting KSC and watching a launch. Staff were very friendly and all was very well organised and practical specially if you travel with kids.
