Muy limpio, instalaciones nuevas y cuidadas. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, bien equipadas. Personal muy amable. 100% recomendable y bien ubicado del centro y la estación
Recomendamos coger un taxi para volver por la noche si sois solo chicas. Ya que aunque las avenidas para llegar son principales y céntricas hay hombres que os pueden seguir hasta el hotel (nos pasó)

Nice hotel and room very convenient for the station
The area around the hotel was run down and rough looking. This was made worse by major construction work taking place all around the area.
The staff were very good, particularly the young lady who was working on Sunday 28th June AM. I had my Eurostar train cancelled at short notice and she was very helpful in arranging a few more nights, in the same room. The hotel was very new and clean. It’s small, so never seemed overly busy (meant as a positive). It’s very close to Brussles Midi station (4 minutes walk). Once the new Metro line is completed I suspect the area will become more up-and-coming.
The location is currently not the best. A lot of rubbish on the streets near the hotel. It could possibly feel slightly unsafe at night, for those on their own.
It was very hard to close the room doors quietly, which meant that anyone coming or going at night made noise and woke other guests up. There was a bad smell coming from the shower drain. If you didn’t shut the shower door firmly you ended up flooding the bathroom floor. Also aware that a new Metro line was being constructed nearby, which mean tsome minor detours trying to navigate around it.
O Hotel está como novo, os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, os funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom. Talvez falte leite frio e iogurtes com aromas. Mas tem fruta, bom pão, ovos, variedade suficiente de queijos e outras opções.
O ar condicionado faz algum ruído, e ligou-se sem o meu comando. O facto de se localizar junto à estação do Midi dá-lhe grande utilidade e centralidade, mas vem com algum ruído até tarde e desde muito cedo. O isolamento da luz exterior dos quartos também podia ser melhor. A cama também só tem capa de edredon, o que significa que a regulação térmica da cama é muito limitada, sobretudo para quem não gosta de ar condicionado.

Posizione comoda per la vicinanza alla stazione ma veramente poco raccomanda per i tipi loschi che vi girano intorno.
Repas le soir très bons. Personnel très sympa. CLIM géniale !
