My stay here was great. The staffs were highly professional. They knew when to engage and when not to. The room was clean, serene and calm. I could really relax and get some work done over the weekend.

It was all pretty much good
There was a broken tap and the front window was difficult to open in room 8
The studio was unclean . dirty floors .coffee stains on the table dirty mirrors tap hanging off in the bathroom
Modern feel and clean
Freezer was broke, I got a message saying someone would be there to fix it but no one showed up and no one replied to my message. No forks or teaspoons,Nowhere to park.

unclean, smelt of weed, no hot water, urine i’m toilet and feaces over the back of the toilet and ‘cleaner’ was rude explained to staff after leaving and didn’t acknowledge email at all
We liked the location
It was dirty. The bedding was very old and had stains on it (at least I hope they were stains and not just dirty). The bathroom had what looked like faeces marks on the cupboard next to the toilet. The room hadn’t been dusted in a long time.

Suggest ear plugs as the street can be a little noisy. Also would welcome a fan for the warm nights!
I booked a £49 room, and only after payment was I told that I had to pay an additional £50 deposit to receive the access code. I was told it would be refunded within 48 hours. None of this was disclosed before booking or payment. The owner essentially withheld access unless I paid the extra deposit. Very disappointing and misleading.

Close to city centre, easy to access, excellent facilities and size of accomodation was perfect. Bed was clean and comfortable and bathroom was similarly clean.
You could sometimes hear other guests walking past the room during the evening
