It was just because we had bottom floor we found a few people who walk past banging on the windows
The room was lovely and spacious. It was well laid out and very well furnished. The bed was super comfortable with decent, plump pillows which is really important to me. It was well equipped with a fridge, oven and hob although I didn't make use of those. It's a perfectly little home from home.
The place was spacious, comfortable and clean
I wasn't informed of the code for the front door and the fridge froze the food i had bought for the following day, which wasn't a massive issue, but could have been, depending on what was stored. Overall was very happy with the stay and would absolutely book again.
Clean tidy everything youneed
We were both disgusted to arrive to the state of the apartment which led to us calling the number provided, and someone arrived to “fix” the issues extremely quickly which we appreciate. We had reservations so didn’t return to the property till past contactable hours. To which we were still mortified. Although someone was sent quick, to ask the question “would you like me to fix this?” Is quite frankly embarrassing. Did you expect us to clean it for you?
I will attach images to prove the basic cleanliness of a room for £187 for one night (no late check out, although it was available to book the next day) and no breakfast is honestly appalling. Dirty stained mattress with other guests hairs everywhere is disgusting, alongside old toothpaste splattered everywhere in the bathroom and dirty tea towels is unacceptable. NEVERMIND everything else.
Have emailed twice to try and rectify the issues and have had no response. I wish you could add more photos of how unclean it was.

Extremely good value for money very comfortable room and extremely friendly staff when I couldn't open the key safe due to my own mistake.
Strong smell of weed in the general building just not the room though admittedly I'm not sure much can be done about that.
Had a problem operating the cooker messaged the owners and they came too show me how too use within 20 minutes
