Cons:

Check in was a nightmare, didn't provide me any instructions so I was left waiting for 40 mins.
The room was okay, fine for the money.

There was a smell of damp/sewage coming from the bathroom so I had to shut the door but it was very strong.

Not a bad stay
Pros:

Good location nice and quiet

Cons:

The shower water wouldn't go down the drain so had to take it out to inspect it, the shower drain was very dirty ( covered in hairs and black gunk)hence why the water wouldn't go down so had to clean it myself, under the couch was dirty too so had to clean that out, no clean towels offered for our stay (3 night's) and the tv was a nightmare to watch because the internet was so slow nothing would load

Pros:

Customer service was excellent.
Access to property was easy.

Pros:

Good location, nicely decorated

Cons:

The cleanliness! It might not have bothered some people but it did me.
I’m not going to be a repeat customer unfortunately!
Hair in the shower tray, broken glass on the bathroom floor, no mat to get out the shower on to.
Tea stains on the side, dirty plates in the cupboard, no tea towel to dry up with? very very dusty and the floor was lime it had never been mopped?
This is general standard in hygiene is it not?

Pros:

Great apartment. Great location and facilities. Lovely bathroom.

Cons:

However the hosts didn't contact me to let me know how to check-in (code etc) until last minute. Felt a bit like talking to ai. Once there, everything was great except the bed had little black hairs in it which was not a nice feeling. They brushed away but I felt sick not being sure if the linen was even clean

Apartment was fine, everything you needed

Cons:

Not getting a door/room code to the apartment on the day of arrival, after doing everything they asked us to do.Rang them numerous times, no reply. After waiting 2+ hours, someone rang us. Day wasted

Good little central apartment, would stay again.
Pros:

The apartment was secure , the directions for entry were easy to follow. It was clean and quiet. Small kitchinette wad good, kettle and tea facilities etc, no fridge though. No air con but there was a fan in the room.

It was in a good location for what the stay was needed for.

Cons:

Unclean, bedding hadn't been changed.
Hairs and stains on the bedding, blood stain on the duvet was absolutely unsanitary and disgusting.

Value for money
Pros:

I enjoyed the modern look of it. It’s walking distance to trams, bus stops and the city centre. Good value for money. I also enjoyed the in-room facilities with the stove, ironing board and iron readily on hand. The bathroom was my fave.

Cons:

The wooden flooring unfortunately means that you can hear your neighbours above you moving around. Luckily I had earplugs on hand.
