A gorgeous apartment with an amazing view
Pros:

We couldn't have been happier with this place, and it was a great price as well. Clean, well-furnished rooms and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. You get a code for entry right before arrival, but there are also people at the desk in case you have issues. The location is good, too ... right around the corner from the art museum, and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Sonder hotels and customer service are beyond terrible!!
Pros:

This is absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever had, dirty noisy rooms, smelly halls and worst of all, incredibly frustrating and exceptionally poor customer service.

Très correct, répond aux attentes
Pros:

Etablissement récent, très bien équipé. Tout est digital, très bien organisé. Equipe disponible.

Cons:

Centre ville donc peut être très bruyant à cause de la rue. Système de chauffage pas très au point, pas réglable pièce par pièce. Le thermostat est dans le salon mais il y a peu de radiateurs dans cette pièce qui a du mal à monter en température alors qu'il fait très chaud dans les chambres.

Tolle zentrale Lage mit entsprechenden „Großstadt-Features“ wie Lärm und Gerüchen - tolle Dachterrase!

Zentrale gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, sehr hell auch im 3. Stock.

Ganz tolle Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Mont Royal und die Stadt.

Cons:

Mit einer Fensterfront/Balkonen in den Innenhof sehr hoher Geräuschpegel mehrerer Abzugsanlagen dort sowie starker Essensgeruch, unter den anderen Fenstern standen Container, die jede Nacht mit großem Lärm geleert wurden. Wir waren in 3. Stock… weiter oben mag es weniger laut/störend sein.

Localisation intéressante : centre Bell (match de hockey proche), ligne de bus et de métro proches. Un logement propre et bien équipé. 2 chambres de taille raisonnable : parfait pour 2 couples. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages en arrivant et avant de partir à la consigne, pour les récupérer plus tard.

Cons:

Repérage extérieur devrait être plus visible.

Amazing!
Pros:

A lovely apartment, had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds and sofas, everything was clean. Staff were friendly. Right next to a metro station, supermarket and tourist sights weren't far away.

Pros:

The view from the 3bedroom suite was amazing. Fall colors on one side and city view on the other. The balcony was wrap-around. Great for travelling with friends. We had an ensuite bathroom which was very nice. The hotel staff were very courteous and accomodating. We really enjoyed staying, the unit was so spacious. Thank you so much

Cons:

Just the dishwasher, kind of hard to use. Maybe just because I am used to the one I have at home. But it is not a big deal.
