For the money it wasn't exactly worth it.
Pros:

It was quite cold there, I took a shower and it was terribly cold there, even though I turned the heat on, it still didn't heat up

Il n'y avait pas de couette pour le lit, il restait une bouteille d'alcool de l'ancien client...... Le responsable en bas ne savait pas rien. Débutant
Nous avons dormi sans couette sans draps c'était moyen...

Possible d'un remboursement et ou une partie??? Inadmissible de ne pas avoir de draps...

Overall, I had a good impression of this place. These are comfortable and practical apartments where you can easily stay
Pros:

I really liked that we were allowed to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The apartments themselves were very comfortable and well suited not only for a short stay but also for long-term living. There was a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer — all of this made the stay very convenient. I also liked the high ceilings, the nice view, and the overall feeling of space. Another big plus was the good location close to the metro. The gym was also very good and well equipped, with several treadmills, dumbbells, and exercise bikes. It was also very convenient that access was by code. The sauna was also a nice bonus.

Cons:

On the downside, the internet was sometimes unstable and could be glitchy. We also could not get the TV to work at all. Another significant issue was the lack of daily housekeeping. During our two-week stay, the apartment was not cleaned even once, although we had paid for cleaning

Tel que mentionné, vous devriez pouvoir corriger la facturation, comme par ailleurs Vrbo le fait, lorsque nous ajoutons une journée de plus, notamment pour éviter de payer les frais de ménage une seconde fois. Donc je ne crois pas qu’on va revenir avec Booking tant que vous ne pourrez pas faire quelque chose de plus que de vous excuser que c’est impossible parce que l’application ne peut pas.

Location was good.

Cons:

Too many to list. It started finding the hotel itself because there was no sign from outside. I was just looking for a simple hotel where I can check in and out easily. But, the check in process involved codes to even enter into the lobby. I was had been so busy and could not check out the notice. The facility boasted amenaties, but it was dark and all the lights were off at 7:30pm. The murphy bed did not fully lay flat. So, I slept angled. I was just too tired to call the reception. This is more like Airbnb. I normally do not leave messages. But, I felt strongly after the stay that they should not be allowed to use the name "Hotel" if it operates like an Airbnb. They should not I would never go back there and I feel that I overpaid despite of the good location.

La gentillesse de la personne à l’accueil. Les équipements, le confort du lit et l’emplacement.

Cons:

L’insonorisation. Mais le personnel s’occupe d’aller avertir les gens et même de les expulser dans le pire cas.
