More than 5 stars.
Pros:

The staff on Front Office Team are the ambassadors for this excellent hotel. Raquel answered all me questions before we arrived and Guilherme was very helpful at check in and beyond. Customer service for us 5 stars. Our deluxe king room (214) was perfect for our 3 night stay. And to be able to make our own breakfast was good and great coffee too.
And the bubbly and cake as a surprise for Richard’s birthday just such a lovely thoughtful touch.
Location couldn’t be better and the restaurant suggestions from Raquel were spot on.
Just a walk to the sea front and transport links are near by.
We shall stay here again and will be highly recommend the hotel to others.
Customer service for me is a priority and this hotel knows how this should be delivered.

Cons:

For us the glass door on the toilet was a hazard and unecessary.
