A very nice property with a spacious, handsome, well-appointed, spotless, room, excellent staff and superior, on-site, restaurant. Private shuttle available to terminals, but the airport shuttle train stop is a short walk away, convenient and quick. A very pleasant, one-night, stay.

Check in/out was easy and seamless. Instructions to get to hotel from airport were excellent. Stayed one night before flight home after three week trip. Not much to choose from in the area for meal except hotel dining, but breakfast buffet had everything you could want. Room large and comfortable.

Small room with toilet that isn't separeted at all from the room. Absolutley not accepted at this price level.

Great housekeeping staff!

Very nice and clean, the staff were great and courteous. Just a quick free tram from the airport.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to congratulate Courtyardby Marriott. We were stopping over for one night to enable to catch a flight. The bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, helpful and happy to help. They seemed to enjoy their work.

Unfortunately, the reception staff on the two occasions we spoke .. checking in and checking out, rated one star. They were unhelpful, non-smiling and dismissive. I don’t speak French but I am highly travelled… the young lady did not even say hello and spoke so quickly that I had to ask her to repeat three times.
I would have thought most of your travellers are international and therefore French is not the first language.

On checking out.. no hello, no good morning, just how much we owed on the bill. Because of these two reception staff we will not be booking Courtyard again.

We enjoy the relationship with good service when we travel and expect friendliness and helpfulness.

The staff at the front desk were kind but need leadership. They did not appear to be well trained. The wait staff and leadership in the restaurant left much to be desired. With the prices they charged, it should have been much better. The hotel interior was very nice.

Hotel is a great place to overnight before the flight from CDG. There is one issue that should be improved - airport shuttle: comes every 1h, you need to sign up and 1 van fits 8 people. On the day of our departure there was ~20 people with luggage waiting so 2nd van was called.... Also, this is an independent service(not Marriott) and you need to pay 8 Euro per person. We waited in line for second van and eventually we took an Uber for 13 Euros for 2 people.....

Kind of far from the CDG shuttle.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Reception desk made arrangements for us to be transported to the airport.

Easy access to the 3 terminals via free rail shuttle

5 minute walk to CDG Val the train that takes you to the terminals

The property is a standard hotel airport. The room smelled like mould due to moisture. Even for a king size room it was small. Walls are thin. The decor is modern and dated.
