That were not comfortable lighting in the bathroom wasn’t good to put make-up on. I was disappointed overall

Pros:

Loved everything besides the beds, very clean and very nice. Kids loved the Waterpark we spent all day and night in there!

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, just seemed like it needs replaced. Even the kids were complaining about how uncomfortable the beds were

Very disappointing and will not be returning
Pros:

The bartenders were nice but that’s all I can say that I liked

Cons:

The hotel did not make it clear that the water park was closed Monday and Tuesday, the hot breakfast is only served during weekends every other day you only get breads and a waffle, the room was not stocked and was barely clean. All of the staff was very rude. We also had an issue where we needed someone from the hotel staff and they were no where to be found.

Still need a refund because we checked out a day early.
Cons:

We checked out a day early but were not able to get a refund. Got the back and forth between the casino and Booking.com as to who was responsible for the refund since we booked through Booking.com.
Breakfast could have been better. Potatoes were cold and not much of a selection of food.

Gloomy feeling being there. Since you have a waterpark there you should have a nice playground (covered) for children and outside poolside would be nice.

Pros:

We were there for my son’s 18th birthday. So having the pool area for the younger kids of the family was nice. Restaurant options not so much. Also there is NOTHING else to do in town.

Cons:

Restaurant options. Plus to get to the food, you had to go through the casino. For the younger kids, it was not ideal.
