Breakfast area very nice; good location; very clean

Cons:

I left my mirror in the room and called about it and the front desk person said he would check on it and give me a call back. He said no one had stayed in the room after us so it should have been there or housekeeping may have gotten it. No big deal but I never heard back and eventually left town.

Thank you for a great stay. The complimentary breakfast was standard, but the breakfast staff was excellent. We encountered 1 gentleman and 2 ladies at the breakfast room during our stay. They all left a very positive impression with Alice going above and beyond to make my children comfortable and was a pleasure to speak with. At check in the gentleman who checked us in was very kind, professional and informative (recommended some excellent restaurants). Rooms very clean, property new and modern, but the staff is what made our stay memorable.

Wonderful second stay
Pros:

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was extremely clean. This was our second time at this hotel. Room was clean, had everything we needed, breakfast buffet was clean and delicious, room temperature was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay
Pros:

From the moment you walk in, the way the hotel smells and look, you know your night will be great.

Perhaps the only thing to improve is a smile and better mood of the people at the front desk. Even though they were polite, they seemed like if they don’t enjoy that much their job. The opposite of the rest of the staff, they were happy and cordial at all times.

I cannot possibly put into words how appreciative we were of the staff. They were so kind, caring, accommodating. Following a family tragedy, they took every bit of stress out of finding last minute lodging for a very large group of people. Beyond the lodging, they provided empathy and compassion. Thank you so much to everyone at SpringHill Suites!

Will definitely stay again if back in the area!
Pros:

Great stay! Our son participated at a local soccer event! To be honest, we booked at another hotel nearby, there rooms were terrible! Bugs and trash under the beds. We canceled that one and found this one last minute and we loved it. Good breakfast, spacious rooms!
