The hotel sent me details on check-in and check out etc, breakfast was 0730 till 0900 hrs. Breakfast was just a pastry and a coffee, wasn't really breakfast at all. When we went for breakfast my wife asked for some more quasonts, I was told at 0845 that no more quasonts and something about 0845. I just sat down and carried on when ( I thought he was someone from the street) a man came in and stared shouting that breakfast was finished at 0845 hrs. I started shouting back and defending my wife. It was pretty dismal the way we were treated. The room needed some update, mix and match furniture, bed was very comfortable and shower was good.

築後200年くらい経つらしいですが室内はとても綺麗でした。

It was a terrible experience. My guest was treated rudely by a front desk staff member. While on a call with my guest, I heard the staff shouting and speaking in an unprofessional manner, which is unacceptable.

Additionally, the room did not match the images shown on Hotels.com. The bed was a simple metal frame with a black mattress and a bed cover that appeared worn and unclean.

Sadly, my guest had to leave and stay in another hotel. The service and condition is totally unacceptable.

I trust you will address these issues promptly to improve guest experience.

Great location in Paris

I am very satisfied with all the services provided. I arrived before 11 PM and received a thorough introduction about my stay. On the second day, my room was upgraded to a larger one, and complimentary water was stocked with the mini fridge. A simple breakfast was available from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM, except on Saturdays, which was very helpful for my business trip. The bed was comfortable, and they replaced my entire bed with a steel-framed one to prevent bedbugs. I had a great experience at this place, and if I need to stay in this area again, I will definitely return.

Chambre très propre, grande, salle de bains spacieuse, sanitaires bien entretenus, beaucoup de rangement. Côté cour, pas de bruit. Literie confortable et les petites attentions (madeleines, thé, café, bouteille d'eau minérale, chaussons) sont très appréciables. Vu l'emplacement à proximité directe des Grands Boulevards, le rapport qualité-prix est plus que satisfaisant ! Je recommande.

Hotels in Paris are expensive, so this property is a reasonable compromise. It's a little tired and rundown, the rooms are basic and there's no breakfast. However, the welcome was friendly, the bed itself was comfortable and the room - although cold on arrival - soon warmed up. Shower is powerful with good hot water, in a very small bathroom.
As some others have mentioned, the pillows are far too big and uncomfortable - and the room was cleaned despite the 'do not disturb' sign being clearly on the door. They also left my window wide open in 2 degree weather.
Wifi is free and fast, and the hotel does seem safe and secure. Overall, for a single traveller or just a day or two, perfectly comfortable - plus lots of eating options nearby and very close to supermarkets and the Metro.
