Booking canceled on arrival
Cons:

Hotel canceled my reservation during our flight from Miami to Santiago, only to find out when on our way to the hotel and got all the whatsapp messages at 9pm, with my husband and kids. Without much explanation only that it was not available anymore, the only thing good thing is that they took the time to find us a hostel nearby, with a much lower category but at that time of the night we did not have any other choice but to accept it.
Just be aware that Santiago does not have many hotels and the ones that look decent will charge you an arm and a leg $300 so options are limited.

Cómodo, rápido y pasable
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo muy rico, y nutritivo. Tan solo fueron 3 opciones pero podías intercambiar ingredientes si gustabas algo, dentro del mismo menú. El personal es muy agradable y servicial.

Cons:

Que no limpian la habitación si estás dos noches, tres días...te tienes que e quedar con la misma toalla por todo ese tiempo...si no parqueas con tiempo delante del local, tienes qué buscar parqueo en la calle...y como está localizado en una avenida principal, toda bocina, ambulancia o motor que pase haciendo ruido, te llega el sonido a la habitación. No tiene ascensor, así que si llevas niños o maletas pesadas, es un poco incómodo de subir las escaleras.

Thanks to the staff they made the experience tolerable.

The staff was excellent in every way and did everything you asked for . The lobby was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was very good . The room size was good.

Cons:

The room size was good. The shower had mold everywhere, there was hair on the bathroom floor around the toilet and sink. The TV was difficult to work with and there were no written instructions on how to use the 2 remotes. The room was on Avenue Duarte so the street noise was uncomfortable but I was told this in advance so I have no reason to complain. The shower hose handle was broken and you had no place to hang it so the water went all over the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken and dangerous to sit on. There was no bath mat so the floor got very wet and if you went to use the toilet you could fall very easily. There were rust stains on the floor near the TV. A bathroom fixture was extremely rusty. The tiny free shampoo and conditioner bottles were open. The sheet on the bed had stains on it. The breakfast omelets were dry tasteless, over cooked and the cheese in it was tasteless. You were out of coffee. The staff at breakfast were very nice. You had no orange juice. The bread was terrible and there was no fruit. The best thing was the room size was comfortable, the air conditioner was very good, the staff were excellent, the lobby was nice, the location was very good, and the maintenance guy fixed all the things I just mentioned right away so he was great!

Perfect for a short stay in a well-located area with friendly staff
Pros:

I had hurt my foot and the man at the reception gladly helped me upstairs with my bags. Breakfast was good. I asked for a quiet room and that was accommodated. There are several restaurants and a shopping center nearby.

Basic budget offering
Pros:

Basic room - clean although the towels were marked and torn. Friendly staff. Location is handy for the hospital but the downside is ambulance sirens all night. Disappointed that I had specifically booked a hotel with an airport shuttle service listed - but it did not offer this. They did offer help booking a taxi. Alas if you are leaving before 7.30am you won’t get breakfast which was part of the room deal. Black coffee available all the time in reception.

Listing inaccurate - no airport shuttle.
Lots of main road noise.
No take-away or early breakfast option even though this was part of the room deal.
Marked and torn towels (although they smelt clean).
