Le petit déjeuner pas assez varié, pas de pancake ou bacon, pas de petit déjeuner international.
La clime dans les chambres est directement orienté vers le lit, nous sommes tombés malade à cause de la clime nous avons attrapé la grippe.
Nous étions 5 personnes déclaré mais il y avait 4 serviettes, 4 couverts, 4 chaises à la table à manger. Pour ce type d’hôtel et prix ils auraient pu faire un effort sur l’attention, nous avons été obligé d’aller leur demander.

Close to the BTS station
There was a strong smell ( don't know whether is chemical or painting smell) when we first entered the room, we have informed the person who brought in our luggages and he told us that it is the smell from the floor and it will be gone once we turned on the Aircon. We left the room with the Aircon turned on to 20 degree with high fan but the smell was still there when we returned after 5hrs later.
Second problem was there were smell coming out from the Aircon in both the bedrooms, smell was so much worse in the master bedroom, I think it is the aircon filter wasn't clean therefore there was a dampen smell coming out from the Aircon, I was thinking of asking to change the room but it was like midnight already. As I was traveling with 3 young children, I was actually quite concerned all the smell as it can definitely be harmful to our body.
Thirdly, outside the floor of the master bathroom was broken, cracked and imbalanced, when ever I walked pass, I will step onto the cracked floor.

Trước khi nhận phòng, tôi đã yêu cầu phòng có Wi-Fi ổn định để thuận tiện làm việc. Tuy nhiên, chất lượng Wi-Fi rất kém, kết nối chập chờn, mất nhiều thời gian để đăng nhập và thường xuyên tự động đăng xuất. Điều này ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến công việc của tôi trong thời gian lưu trú.
Với tình trạng vệ sinh và chất lượng tiện ích như vậy, tôi không nghĩ trải nghiệm tương xứng với mức giá và sẽ không quay lại.

really enjoyed that I got a free upgrade to a double bedroom (unnecessary since I was travelling alone) when I asked for a kingsize bed.
The a/c in the common areas was not necessarily on at all places, especially for example in the elevator. Makes you want to quickly rush to your room which in my case a/c felt overworked and a bit underperforming. No biggie but sth to keep in mind. Staff was ok not the kindest you'll see in Thailand but ok.
also, even though bathroom had shampoo, body soap and conditioner it had NO soap to wash your hands(!)
I really liked the hotel’s location, as it was convenient and made it easy to get around Bangkok. I also appreciated the service…the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance.
The hotel itself feels a bit worn down and could benefit from some renovations. I also noticed ants on the 28th floor, so I would recommend not leaving any food out or eating in the room, as the ants appear very quickly.
Another issue was the noise from Chinese guests late at night. Even after the hotel asked them to be quiet, they continued making noise, which forced me to move to another floor in the middle of the night so I could get some sleep.
One disappointing aspect was that the rooftop infinity pool on the 31st floor is reserved exclusively for residence guests. Hotel guests only have access to the pool on the 7th floor, which is frustrating since the photos can give the impression that the rooftop pool is available to everyone.
Lastly, the hotel offers rooms with balconies, but smoking on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Guests can be fined over 5,000 THB for smoking a cigarette or a joint on the balcony, and the hotel states that such incidents may also be reported to the authorities. This is something guests should be aware of before booking.
