really enjoyed that I got a free upgrade to a double bedroom (unnecessary since I was travelling alone) when I asked for a kingsize bed.
The a/c in the common areas was not necessarily on at all places, especially for example in the elevator. Makes you want to quickly rush to your room which in my case a/c felt overworked and a bit underperforming. No biggie but sth to keep in mind. Staff was ok not the kindest you'll see in Thailand but ok.
also, even though bathroom had shampoo, body soap and conditioner it had NO soap to wash your hands(!)
I really liked the hotel’s location, as it was convenient and made it easy to get around Bangkok. I also appreciated the service…the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance.
The hotel itself feels a bit worn down and could benefit from some renovations. I also noticed ants on the 28th floor, so I would recommend not leaving any food out or eating in the room, as the ants appear very quickly.
Another issue was the noise from Chinese guests late at night. Even after the hotel asked them to be quiet, they continued making noise, which forced me to move to another floor in the middle of the night so I could get some sleep.
One disappointing aspect was that the rooftop infinity pool on the 31st floor is reserved exclusively for residence guests. Hotel guests only have access to the pool on the 7th floor, which is frustrating since the photos can give the impression that the rooftop pool is available to everyone.
Lastly, the hotel offers rooms with balconies, but smoking on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Guests can be fined over 5,000 THB for smoking a cigarette or a joint on the balcony, and the hotel states that such incidents may also be reported to the authorities. This is something guests should be aware of before booking.

Baseino teritorija neapšviesta, rodos, kad nenori jos naudoti. Ant stogo baseinas yra VIP (aukštutinių aukštų) gyventojams, ir žemesni aukštai neturi priėjimo. Reikia atkreipti į tai dėmesį įsigijant.

he staff are really welcoming, and the location is excellent—only a five-minute stroll to BTS Ekkamai Station.
Unfortunately, the hotel needs some urgent maintenance. The swimming pool area felt cramped, and we were alarmed to find a broken glass panel on the bridge walkway—it was genuinely dangerous for those of us with young kids. On top of that, the room wasn't up to standard; the cushions in the living area were stained/dirty, and the air conditioning had a musty smell that made it hard to relax.

Was more spacious with two bathrooms.
Last year we had access to the top floor pool but this year we did not which was a big bummer. The first room we were put in was very cramped and felt unclean. Thank goodness we were moved to a different unit. The new unit shower was clogged and kept overflowing so we showered in the bathtub.

Sie Möbel sind alle auseinander gefallen, sobald man was draufgelegt oder bewegt hat. Man durfte nicht einmal auf seinem eigenen Balkon rauchen. Die Klimaluft war für uns da tatächlich ganz schlimm und hat uns über nacht krank gemacht mit Schwindel etc. Sobald wie aus dem Zimmer waren ging es und wieder deutlich besser..
