Rooftop pool war schön ,But needs a little upgrade, nur 2 liegen
Clean, obviously the Thai people are very hospitable and friendly so that was great. Access to transport, food, mall, 7-11s, dispos, BTS. Safe as I often went outside at night to smoke.
Hotel lobby was always warm, I assume they’re preserving energy but it’s pretty toasty in the lobby.

Room was too small. Didn’t have a good sleep due to mattress being too hard for me. I hit my shin on the corner of the bed a couple of times and ended with a bruise. :(
We have stayed here before so knew what to expect.
This time we were staying for longer (15 nights) at the end of a 3 month trip travelling around the world so we just wanted two weeks to relax before heading home.
The staff at reception were all lovely and very friendly.
We had a premier suite on 25th floor with great views over the city and river. It was lovely to have a separate lounge area, although the bed was so big the bedroom door didn't actually close! It wasn't an issue for us but something to be aware of.
Great kitchenette with full size fridge/freezer and a washer dryer that came in very handy as we were travelling very light so needed to wash our clothes a few times.
The room was cleaned every day and they even did the washing up for us which we really didn't expect!
We know the area well as have family with an apartment in the block next door. Just a short walk to Ekkemai BTS station which gets you pretty much everywhere.
A good supermarket in the Gateway centre by the station and a great street food market about 5 minutes walk away (turn left out of the building and you'll find it)
All in all a great stay in Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.
There wasn't much not to like.
Just a note that there aren't enough places to hang wet towels in the bathroom.
We had a couple of nights towards the end where we had noisy neighbours very late at night but not bad enough to complain (just be aware that the sound proofing isn't 100%)
A little pricey by Thailand standards but we were happy to pay.
Be aware that you have to leave a 3000 baht cash deposit on check in which is returned at check out (not ideal having that much cash back when you're heading to the airport though!)

Big appartment, table, comfortable bed, quite clean, good wifi, OK view, has a small balcony
Low pressure in shower, bad smell in bathroom, no area to dry dishes, no hand soap, random time for room cleaning, a bit noisy because of the wood stairs so you hear the other rooms
I think the breakfast was very bad as there were very limited options and hotel staff was quite rude and helpless to requests .

The rooms were nonsmoking where i needed smoking. I booked a room with balcony but was not made available. 2 bottles of water for a day were very limited, and they would charge for the 3rd was a bit unrealistic and cheap.
In total a very less than average experience and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone .
