המלון במיקום ממש מרכזי, במרכז העיר. החדר יחסית מרווח ונעים, מעוצב יפה והכל נראה חדש ונקי. החדר היה ממש נקי. יש למלון הסדר עם חניון קרוב וניתן להיכנס ולצאת עם הרכב כמה שרוצים וזה היה בונוס משמעותי בשבילנו. הצוות היה אדיב ונחמד ועזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכות

אין מעלית ולכן מעט בעייתי למי שזקוק לנגישות. היינו בקומה 1 ולנו זה לא הפריע.

Good Area, But Several Practical Limitations
Pros:

The location is very good, close to the old city and also in a good neighborhood.
The staff is lovely, always trying to keep us happy.

Cons:

The neighborhood is currently undergoing renovation, and on both mornings we were woken up by construction noise. The area can be dusty, and the nearby restaurants sometimes leave the streets untidy.

Inside the hotel, both the common areas and the room show signs of limited maintenance. The room has no wardrobe, no luggage rack, and no coat hanger in the entrance area. The bathtub is placed in the middle of the room, which may be more aesthetic than practical. We also paid extra for a balcony, but there was often a pile of garbage on the sidewalk directly underneath it.

Breakfast is offered through vouchers at two partner restaurants located about 12–15 minutes away on foot. This information became available only after payment, through the confirmation message. There is also no reception service after 17:00, as the check-in process is fully self-service.

Overall, the price–quality ratio feels lower than expected, although the location itself is very good.
