Room size was good. Bed was comfortable and linen was nice. Ac worked well. Location is good, close to restaurants and shops.
I was offered an "upgrade" at their sister hotel, Vila Albi, so this review is for that location.
The hotel's staff was great (Matan). However my room wasn't cleaned from one day to the other and lacked some amenities like bathrobes, tissues and lotion. The view was inexistent, and I couldn't keep the blinds open because it looked directly into another building, so no natural light. It was very bare bones. I don't know if my experience would have been better at Noel or not.
We particularly appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, peaceful atmosphere and comfortable bed.
Location was great, just off Ben Yehuda and an amazing coffee shop just below! The bath was a nice touch. Staff were very attentive

Location is in the city center, noisy all day long, bad smell from outside and from the shared corridor with another building.
The place was basically dirty and unpleasant.
Pigeons poop and cigarettes buttsall over the balcony, pigeons feathers in the room.
Dirty vine glasses and smelly towels.
On top of it, the hotel website promiss that they have parking arrangement, but they don't say it cost 30$/day, an absolute disgrace!!!

Location spacious room
Water leaked from the shower all over the bathroom, they put a large squeegee stick in the bathroom because they know this happens and they expect the guest to clean the floor every time. The air conditioner made a noise like a tractor all through the night. We booked breakfast, but it doesn’t say on booking that breakfast is not in the hotel, We had to walk for 10 minutes up hill to the located restaurant which they use
