Pros:

スタッフが丁寧

Cons:

掃除がなってない。部屋に入った瞬間、「臭い」と、思わず出た。3月でしたが、臭すぎて窓を開けたまま寝ました。お風呂の壁はカビが。。。排水溝もカビが。。。恐らく、カビの匂いだったかと思います。設備も古くてもう宿泊する事は無いと思います。

Pros:

ロケーションがとても良い。三ノ宮駅から二つ目の駅でとても近い。大倉山駅から徒歩5分、湊川公園駅からも徒歩で行ける距離。この近さでこの値段で泊まれるのはとても満足。
1階にセブンイレブンがあり、便利。ホテル周辺の徒歩圏内にレストラン多数あり。10分ほど歩けば、大きいショッピングモール、umie(ハーバーランド)があるので、そこは買い物、お土産、食事も楽しめます。子連れファミリーにも最適。
ホテルスタッフの対応や笑顔が素晴らしかった。

十分なホテルでした。
Pros:

お部屋は広くはありませんが、備品など含め必要なものはきちんと揃っていて不便さを感じませんでした。スタッフさんは皆さんとても感じが良かったです。
隣にコンビニもあり、便利です。

Cons:

駅からは少し遠いのと、隣の建物が近くて窓からの景色は楽しめません。

Pros:

1階にセブンイレブンがあり、とても便利だった。部屋の広さが快適だった。

Cons:

壁が薄いのか古い為か、隣の部屋から話し声が凄く聞こえて、夜中に話す内容まで聞こえてうるさくて眠れなかった。
ツインルームにしたのに、椅子が1つしかなくて、コンビニ弁当食べる時に不便だった。
それから照明が暗くて電気が足りなかった。
