Pros:

The room is bigger than the usual standard in Japan. Very clean. Tea and coffee facilities available.. The staff are very helpful and kind and they all speak English. The hotel is walking distance from the castle and the main points of interest. It was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The dining room is very small compared to the number of rooms. At breakfast it gets very crowded and people have to wait in the queue.

Muy buena ubicación, en pleno barrio de Katamachi. Muy cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos y varios autobuses que van a la estación central paran cerca o directamente en frente.
La habitación estaba muy limpia y era muy cómoda. Disponía de todo lo necesario (cepillo de dientes y dentífrico, body towel, gel/champú/acondicionador, bastoncillos para los oídos).
Tiene cafetera con cápsulas, leche, azúcar y té. Dispone también de secador de pelo.
Muy fácil el check in y el check out. Te guardan las maletas si vas antes o al salir.

Great hotel stay and explore Kanazawa.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, helpful, had good English and would always greet you when entering and leaving. Hotel is in a good location for exploring various tourist areas and attractions. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores and shopping nearby. One of the larger bathrooms and baths I've seen in Japan for hotels of a similar price range. Room was also quiet. Had Aircon. Bus stop right outside the hotel across the street if you're arriving from the main station. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Only one coin operated laundry machine which was a bit expensive.
