Pros:
Excellent central location and transport links
Spacious, modern and clean rooms with good beds
Friendly and helpful staff (responsive, accommodating)
In-room conveniences: coffee machine, humidor/air items, large bathtub
Good value for price; pleasant breakfast
Cons:
Occasional cleanliness/hygiene problems (spot on pillow; one room smelled; wet bathroom)
AC issues — either very cold or not running properly
Long waits for elevators due to insufficient number
Check-in/booking document handling was incorrect and handled poorly by staff in one report
Minor missing amenities (no microwave) and occasional TV/password technical problems

Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness and the rooms/bathrooms being tidy; a few mentions of hygiene issues (spot on a pillow, bad smell and wet bathroom in one room) lower the score slightly.
Service
8.7
Staff repeatedly described as kind, helpful and accommodating (even for last-minute bookings); one instance of a poorly handled check-in reduced the rating slightly.
Location
9.2
Very consistently praised — central, convenient for dining, sightseeing and transport; described as a major strength across many reviews.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms described as spacious, modern and comfortable with good beds and layout (mini sofa/table appreciated); some issues noted such as AC that was either too cold or off, occasional bathroom wetness and a problematic TV password input.
Amenities
8.2
Nice touches reported (in-room coffee machine, humifier, large bathtub); missing items requested by guests (microwave) and some technical issues reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.6
Explicit comments mention good value and a favorable price-quality balance; overall perceived as appropriate for the hotel tier.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast was complimented and appreciated in reviews; not many detailed F&B comments beyond that, so score reflects generally positive feedback.
Overall Experience
8.8
Most guests reported a very positive stay (felt like home, would return), with a few notable negatives (check-in error, occasional cleanliness/AC issues) that modestly temper the overall impression.

Small room, bad smell
Pros:

Nice location.

Cons:

The room had damp smell. Also, bad smell was present in the toilet. So even if ventilation and/or AC were on, it did not help.

Pros:

Central location was great. Rooms are slightly small but very nice. Great breakfast with both Japanese and European options.

Cons:

Parking was said to be “under the hotel” which was not the case. When arriving in the dark, a clear guidance on unloading luggage at the hotel entrance should be given. The parking garage to the NE of tue hotel, 5 min walk, was excellent and supported by the reception on prices as hotel guest.
