El personal de recepción, la limpieza, está en el mismo centro de todo a pasos de plaza españa y gran vía.

Die Lage des Hotels war absolut super. Es war perfekt zentral und man konnte zu Fuß alles erreichen
Das Zimmer war sehr klein! Für eine Person um nur zu schlafen ausreichend. Für zwei Personen hingegen würde ich es auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Wenn man nur mit Handgepäck reist ist es ok. Für Menschen mit Klaustophobie absolut ungeeignet.

Il bagno a vista e il lavandino in camera non erano il massimo. La struttura dovrebbe impegnarsi di più un questo caso. Non ci tornerei sicuramente per questo momento. Non c'è privacy tra la camera e il bagno

We love the location and the fact that we can walk or get the metro or bus anywhere we want to go easily. The neighbourhood is vibrant. The cafe next door is great, very Spanish.
We would really like a coffee-maker/kettle in the room. Failing this, it would be fantastic if there was a coffee machine in the lobby for when we have to leave early morning. The cafe inside Letoh Letoh only opens at 8am and doesn't do decaf.

Я поскаржилася на шум з вулиці, хотіла добре відпочити після дороги, але всі номери з вікнами у внутрішній двір були зайняті і мені запропонували беруші і як вибачення каву та випічку. Персонал приємний. Та шум створює дискомфорт
