The location was very good same with the reception and staff

Location is great! Hotel looks nice, its clean,
noce lobby to hangout or work.
People were great, helpfull, and tnere is specialty coffee bar inside the hotel.
Room is a bit smaller, we paid fair amount of money,
i expected a little more comfortable room and bathroom has glass walls, so you see each other when pooping 😂, and since the room is small you cannot escape. It could smell bad from time to time due to canalisation and bad bathroom isolation.

The location is excellent, 2 mins walk from Plaza d’España. Can get everywhere without using metro.
The hotel had a data breach and I received numerous attempted scam messages asking for payment. The scammers had my name, number, and dates of stay. The hotel confirmed ‘it was happening to everyone’ but didn’t appear to be taking it seriously. They warned me immediately AFTER booking so it must have been a known issue for some time. I reported this to both booking.com and the hotel but neither gave me any assurance it was being handled.
The rooms were very small, but not unusual for central Madrid. The design looks great in the pictures but was very impractical. A glass wall for the toilet offers no privacy at all, which was unpleasant. You can’t get any thing under the tap to fill up a water bottle or kettle. The TV was mounted so close to the toilet door I kept bashing myself on it.
The chairs are hard and uncomfortable and the lighting is annoying. There are NO facilities to make a hot drink in the room, not even cups.

What you see is what you get. I love this small hotel due to excellent location.
This was my second stay, it is in a street behind Gran Via, all important sightseeing places are in walking distance.
Very close to Plaza Espana and Riu Palace.
