Pros:

Third shipping container cabin hotel I've stayed at in Japan. These are designed for if you're just looking for a great value accomodation for the nights. Very clean. Heating and A/C in the room. Toiletries provided. Hair dryer in the room. Microwave, kettle, and fridge freezer in the room if you want to self cater. Ample space for one person, and can accomodate two needed without being too tight. For a size comparison, it's more spacious than all of the APA hotel rooms I've stayed in. Easy check in and out, very friendly staff. I was given free meal tokens at check in for each day of my stay, for one ready meal a day for either a light breakfast or lunch, which was a very nice touch and unexpected. If you're renting a car, it's free parking on site, and there's always spaces available.

Location wise, there's plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Located on a main road, but road noise wasn't an issue. It's a 20 minute walk to the nearest train station (Umesato station), and if you're thinking of staying here and regularly going into central Tokyo from here, it's a train journey between 50 mins and 1hr 10 depending on which lines you take.

All in all, great value little cabins, just make sure the location is right for you if you're there for tourism.

・エアコン（冷暖房）を付けても鉄のコンテナのため夜は寒い（断熱材不足のためか天井にカビが生えてる）

we loved the industrial vibe of the place, the massage chair was exactly what we needed after our trip as it was where we stayed on our last day in japan, the staff were very friendly and we loved the complimentary meals
