De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is goed en er wordt ook wijn geserveerd. Een goede, Engelstalige gids in het vogelnatuurreservaat is aanwezig.
Чистота , обслуживание на высшем уровне, персонал очень вежливый и приветливый ! Помогли с такси, организовали быструю и очень классную поездку в каппадокию , личный гид. Так же помогли при отъезде , забронировали места в автобусе, что бы не заказывать такси. А еще выбили скидки на снаряжение - топ!

Its location was great. I really enjoyed the food. The price was reasonable.
Cleanliness was okay but one of the bath towel was not that clean. Of course they changed it as we inform them.
Good location central and by bus stop, nice breakfast and I tried one dinner which was good, friendly staff, nice room, could get ski gear through hotel shop, nice place to ski and friendly good ski instructor.

Emplacement
Near Erciyes ski resort. They own ski rental shop, so you can get some discount. My room was clean, quiet, nice bed, large bathroom. Breakfast was good. All stuff are friendly and helpful.
There is no windows in my room. No WIFI(maybe my room was basement?). No bar(which means no alcohol)

Avondeten is niet inbegrepen helaas..
Cet hotel familial est absolument parfait et nous avons passe 3 jours dans les meilleures conditions pour skier à Erciyes.
Emplacement en face des boutiques de location (avec d ailleurs une réduction grace a l hôtel) et des pistes (4min a pied).
Le staff parle bien anglais et est toujours à l écoute et disponible pour aider : notre check out a pu être prolongé afin de profiter de la matinée de ski avant qu ils nous aident a reserver un bus pour aller a Kayseri (moins cher que les transferts).
Le buffet est tres qualitatif et la formule demi pension avec les diners était parfaite, étant donné le peu de restaurants a Erciyes.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable je recommande sans aucune hesitation !
Bien que ca n enlève en rien la qualité de l hôtel et de nôtre séjour, il fait tout de meme tres chaud dans les chambres, sans pouvoir contrôler le chauffage.
Locatie en personeel. Op loopafstand van de skipiste. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Schone kamers. Rooftop wordt aangeraden, hier heb je mooie uitzicht op de bergen & skipistes
