Nice place but be informed if paying deposit with cash.
Pros:

The room was very clean and it smelled nice.

Cons:

I left the deposit in cash and told the young lady that I would be leaving early in the morning and would be retrieving my deposit at that time. In the morning when I was checking out she said deposits were given after 11am which she did not specify the day before when I told her I would be leaving early in the morning. I told her that and she said OK but she needed to check the room first. She left to check the room and when she came back she said the door would not open which is really weird. All in all, I have heard of this before when using cash as deposit.

The ONLY thing that made my stay worth it was the clean rooms and price

Cons:

I came here for a baby shower and my arrangements were ruined because of my concerns from the prior stay were cancelled because I told them what I thought was wrong like the water being luke warm and the blankets being dirty I tried to give them a second chance but The service was horrible asked for toiletry accommodations because it says it's provided they were rude and unprofessional just rude when asked for anything even a roll of toilet paper the staff seemed uninterested in helping with anything like asking for a towel was just to much I will be contacting cooperate with my concerns because I feel judged and discriminated against I honestly am so disappointed

One thing, the room lighting is extremely bright, as in way too bright.
Pros:

I've been staying one night a week or every other week for the past few months and everything has been good. Room is always clean, the staff at the front desk is friendly and check me in quickly.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be a little noisy, but that's pretty much everywhere and it's never too late.

Cons:

They house rude homeless people, but never informed us. The homeless are there for free on government vouchers. Someone slept outside our hotel. While others sat on their horns at 3 am.
