Cons:

The trash is picked u please at 4am wakes you up. The day i left i got a phone call later that evening from one of the staff I asked her what she needed she said nevermind I asked her again why she was calling she started acting weird and then hung up on me. It was very disturbing. Also the baseboards in the bathroom were very dirty.

Good value, very quiet location, immaculate room.
Pros:

Convenient to the airport and much less cost than various motels and hotel hotels near Sacramento International Airport

I also like the fact that the room had a small microwave and small refrigerator as I had bought food to eat for a pre-Dawn breakfast before I went to the airport.

Also, I liked the fact that the front office has a essentially a mini convenient store section for food and beverages for guests to purchase

From the moment I entered the property the staff was welcoming..
NADIA WAS AWSOME... THIS PROPERTY IS LUCKY TO HAVE HER ON THEIR TEAM..I Stay at hotels regularily..I can honestly say this propemty is best in town,as far as customer service and value go. I will stay again for sure...

Pros:

Clean and quiet. No additional fees for my little dog. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Cons:

I was surprised that there was no shampoo. Just a tiny soap bar. Be sure to bring your own! Not the best part of town, so just be aware of your surroundings.

At the Booking.com preis it was an OK place to stay.

They had an elevator to get to the upper floors.

Was double charged for and was given a dirty room that wasn’t ready. Luckily I was given a new room that wasn’t clean

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, & the manager was responsive.

Cons:

There was a crazy guest right next door to us. She continually screamed, sweares, threatened unknown others?? She was banging on the wall between our rooms. We had to call the manager twice (which he responded)....but, he and I both had to call 911. She was finally asked tk leave, at around 3am.....we hardly slept because we were scared. 🫤
