We booked 10 days in Dayton but left after 6 due to terrible conditions and severe safety concerns. The room door lock broke twice, forcing us to enter through the window because reception was closed. The fire alarm went off constantly throughout the night, making sleep impossible. Despite checking out early, we were not refunded for the remaining 4 days. Overall, a very disappointing and unsafe experience.
It was clean, and was close to grocery stores and other shopping.
I hope you LOVE smoke alarms that go off at 11 pm and 5:30 am, and any time in-between. The halls smell like weed and occasional cigarettes. You hear EVERYTHING because the doors do not have much trim and therefore do not close tightly. My lights flickered so bad I couldn't use them. My bed had a mystery bump in the middle so there was no using the middle of the bed. They give you 2 towels for a 2 weeks stay, no other toiletries. The parking lot constantly has people out there smoking and drinking, no one seemed to know how to park inside the lines either. The check in system is archaic and I had to wait 35 minutes to do so because once they start checking someone in, even if they leave, they can not move on to your check in without canceling the previous one and therefore losing all progress. If NEED somewhere to stay, it's alright. If you want somewhere to be comfortable and relaxed, do not give it much consideration. I can't share videos on here but I started taking them everytime the alarms went off. I have 17 videos, FROM A 12 DAY STAY.
The bed it was super comport
The lady at the desk because when I came in to check in she wasn’t super friendly and made me go check my room to make sure it was clean. The fire alarms always went off!!
Decent rooms, nice tv and kitchenette.
Most of the staff was rude except for the manager. Most of the people lived there and hung out in clickie groups, nobody was very polite or nice wey uncomfortable bed

There are homeless people living in their cars in the parking on the property at night after the staff leaves at seven, multiple people hanging out in stair ways when it's cold non paying people. No one being here 16 hours a day is not good for business and no security on the property is dangerous. Also the only thing we get service for is clean sheets once a week and we received clean sheets once in going on our 5th week.

Yeah their laundry was real convenient right up to the point somebody stole all my laundry and yes there is plenty of stores around if you wanted to leave your room and have all your stuff stolen because anybody and everybody could just swipe the key and go in your room from the time I got to this hotel till the time I left was nothing but misery aggravation the staff is rude don't care it's never there people running in and out of building all hours of the day and night one night I came out of my room and got on the elevator and there was a guy passed out with a needle in his arm my water didn't work in my bathroom couldn't flush my toilet they said I could check in I which was a lie I never had room service one time the towels the washcloths pillow cases room was absolutely discussing you smell like cat piss trash all over the floor because it was the only room they had available and I had to wait till almost 6:00 standing in the hallway cuz they have no common area I couldn't put me in my belongings anywhere and the night before I left it was raining really bad and the roof end up caving in and soaked me and my luggage which is just horrendous terrible experience flat out just terrible

The environment was noisy and messy. The restroom in my room reeked of mildew. I stayed on the ground floor and my window had a broken lock. My upstairs neighbor was very loud. Trash everywhere in the parking lot. The laundry room functioned properly. Knobs throughout the room are broken. Mildew and tobacco smell everywhere. Very noisy.
The floors could use a thorough good mopping and cleaning !! I looked down at my feet and my socks were filthy dirty!! That’s really my only complaint
Room was filthy. Toilet horrible, green stuff around inside rim, help.
No 24/7staff available. You have to bring own tissue and wash your towels and linen.
