Would like a refund to be honest
Pros:

We went for dinner with my daughter who has an NG tube and a milk allergy and they brought out from food which could’ve been lethal if she would’ve eating it before I realised it was wrong, I got an extra charge for bed for my daughter to stay in as the cot didn’t have a mattress the room is very small. very expensive for the meals you get very basic food also I went to the wildlife Park and there was no animals out at all which we were gutted about

Was under the impression we had a park view from our room. The pictures made it appear to have a balcony to sit on and enjoy the park but was surprised to just have a small window view which differed to room on the booking.

Pros:

The room was a good size for my husbands disability scooter. Overlooked the park. Good accesss. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was tierd and looked uncared for. We stayed earlier in the year in a different room and it was the same. A rather dull room with no visual connection to the park. A lot of the shops and a restaurant not open Monday to Thursday when we stayed. Had to travel to shop.
