Excellent stay at a family friendly hotel!
Pros:

I went with 2 kids, and the hotel was easy with a pram, even though the room had an additional ‘roll out bed’ for my toddler, there was still plenty of room for the pram/ luggage etc.
A very kind staff member helped me with my luggage and everyone was really helpful!

Cons:

The only thing, was when I booked I originally asked for a cot bed for my baby, but after booking was notified that the cots come without a mattress or sheets, which I found unusual, but decided to get a roll out bed for my toddler (@ £10 additional cost)

Fantastic, a dream for our kids. Magical to wake up with a Lar Gibbon singing to us and swinging around outside our wind

Kids absolutely loved it.

Limited menu in bistro for dinner, cocktails were amazing though which really made uk for it.

Stay over/park life
Pros:

Rooms spotlessly clean.
Restaurant is amazing but expensive which is expected nowadays. Dinasaurs made it acceptable while dining.
Animals have plenty of space so loved that. Animated dinosaurs walk through
Polar bears
The penguins and sea lions.
Giraffes
Walabys
Tiger
And not forgetting meerkats
Hotel has kitchen by lift which you can use for drinks /warming foods with vending machine

Cons:

No disabled parking close to hotel...not every person has wheelchair or able to walk that far.
Reception is seperate to hotel.
Behind scenes extras way too expensive.
No info given on checking in where to have breakfast.
Restaurant/food very expensive to be expected i suppose when school hols/children involved.

lovely stay on a lovely wildlife park
Pros:

great room, nice to have a fridge, we could see the new penguin enclosure from our windows, the staff were very helpful at all times have already booked again next year for more of the same

Cons:

one night we got back to the hotel about midnight, our key cards would not work and we couldn't get in the hotel so had to walk back to the hotel reception to get them reactivated which was fine however the previous night there was nobody on the reception so would have been a problem if it had happened the night before, absolutely no issue with the staff they couldn't have been more helpful

The best weekend with my family we loved every minute of it and can’t wait to visit again.

First time visiting, property is gorgeous we loved everything about it.
