Interesting location, great views of the wildlife park.
Comfortable room, good facilities and food.
All the staff were helpful and lovely highly recommend, cleanliness is on point, think you’s should allow your tvs to be open though as I wasn’t a fan of the chrome cast or trying to cast from an app was the only downside, would of been much easier if I could of just plugged something if my own in as most people already log into something to have everything in one place, but other than that perfect
The hex wildlife hotel was fantastic and when twined with the wildlife park that we could see out of our bedroom suit made a fabulous end to a most memorable break
Although all of the restaurants and reception were in seperate buildings it didnt impact our stay at all and the staff were excellent but the real joy of this sight is the park and the vast array of animals and our trip was made extra special with a meet and greet with the rhinos which was exceptional
The room was superb with all the space and facilities you need and a view over the park from our outside balcony with bush dogs and sea lions moving around made it a real treat to look out on
Excellent place to stay
Hidden gem, quiet, comfortable and clean.
I stopped here very late for an overnight whilst on a long business trip and booked very last minute. The entrance is through a secure barrier and the parking was easy to navigate to. The greeting I received from the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the location was amazing. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I travel a lot and can honestly say its the best in room tea and coffee I have had for a long time. I left before breakfast was served but will definitely be staying here again as I'm sure it will also be amazing.
Literally loved this place !!
I stayed as it was in a good location for a long road trip but was blown away.
Super friendly staff, lovely vibe, and now looking at a festive break with my family there.
Really really really impressed. Well done.
Stayed as went to Doncaster races, nice rooms and breakfast and only 10 minutes in a taxi to the racecourse. Would stay again.
Much better than Premier Inn. More comfortable beds! Would suggest removing bean bag to aid access, replace with a chair.
Really enjoyed our stay. A perfect base for exploring the local area and loved our visit to the Wildlife Park. Would certainly stay again.
We have a great overnight stay at the Hex Hotel, went for the wild live concert, everything was so well organised. Very comfy room with great view of the wildlife park could have watched the tapirs and bush dogs all night
The hotel looks very stylish and great it’s seconds from the wildlife park. We had a room facing the courtyard which was lovely. There was plenty to do and shops on site. We had the twin room with a travel cot and the space was enough. It’s very modern clean and tidy inside. Ot had a modern look and for the price felt like a bit of luxury. I love the Ben and pillows I’ve never had such a great night sleep in a hotel and I travel for work our grandson slept well
In the travel cot and a plus we were advised to bring our own mattress for it. TV was great as it had Netflix cable so we could log into our own account. Hot drink supplies were provided as well as a fridge. Seriously couldn’t fault the room, hotel or facilities. We opted for the buffet breakfast and so glad we did as it was delicious with a vast range of breakfasts products for anyone. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
Great hotel and great experience. It was lovely waking up looking at the animals first thing in the morning with no other visitors around the park. The check-in process was nice and simple and the room was great for my family.
Lovely place, had everything you need. Would definitely return.
I came with my son and grandson for my son's birthday and they loved it we went to wildlife park in day then stayed at hotel at night and it was lovely place to stop we would do it again
Lovely and pleasant experience..Staff friendly and lovely quirky rooms.
Great place to stay after a long day round the wildlife park and concert in the evening
Very clean everywhere. Comfortable room. Park was amazing and animals well looked after. Food and service not too good in the bistro. Had an enjoyable stay
As a family, we don’t get to stay out in hotels often as my husband has been in poor health. From the minute we arrived and you’re at our whole day we were made to feel welcome and very well looked after. Our hotel room was beautiful and well laid out for accessible needs as well as bunkbeds for two little girls. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. There was a little issue with something and it was sorted very quickly and with great care. Manon, at the reception desk was especially helpful and professional. She helped me feel calm and confident when staying there with my family. Every effort was made to help us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend it to young families as well as couples or groups where someone is needing extra access to bathrooms or facilities. The hotel as well as the Safari park, I have seemed to have thought through these necessary essentials well. I would also recommend both the restaurants on site. Both the food and the exceptionally friendly service made us stay so wonderful and easy. The waitress we had at the Evolution restaurant, Suzanne went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at ease. We stayed for two nights and nothing seemed a problem. We would definitely go back!
I stayed in a family room with suite room (204). The lay out was fab as had a sectioned off area where the kids slept. The rooms were clean, modern with tv, fridge, kettle, hairdreyer, gorgeous bathroom. It had lovely windows over looking some of the park which my child loved. It’s situated 2 min walk from Park and Hex complex has shops and restaurants and a mini golf. I didn’t use it but there is a kitchen on the floor we stayed on with microwave, fridge and other amenities , fab idea. We visited the Wildlife park next day which was just a beautiful place to walk around and the animals had so much space their enclosures were huge. It had play areas too. We spent just over 5 hours there. All enjoyed the stay.
