Pros:

Comfortable room, convenient location, close to restaurants, highways.

Cons:

powdered eggs? Eggs are $3.59/ dozen. $0.29/ egg. The parking lot was full. Let's say there were 40 guests the night I stayed there. 40 guests x $0.29/ egg = $11.60 per egg per person. 40 guests x $140.00 / guest = $5,600 gross income. If each guest has two eggs (2 x $11.60) = 100*($23.20 / $5,600) = % 0.4 of gross income for your guests to have fresh eggs in the morning. If other hotels in the market don't do this, you will stand out and be remembered by the people who stay there. I travel a lot, often driving 8 to 10 hours a day. Fresh eggs in the morning is a great way to start the day. I hate to just pick on this hotel, because others in the market do the same. Stand out a little bit and it might lead to more income, quickly covering the cost of fresh scrambled eggs in the morning.
