It was on the ocean and peaceful. Away from a lot of people and not near a city .
They say all inclusive. But they limit you on food. Not everyone is friendly. Kind of feel like a bother.

no real playmakers or entertainment
the beach they took us to was the most pathethic beach ever, no beach chairs, and it was a community access point for the beach, so very unsafe
food was limited at best
if there was no omelettes this would of been the worst food ever
The bar was great the bartender Louisa was amazing.

Some of the staff did a super job making my vacation great. The property was very quiet and run down on the outside with limited things to do. There was nothing around the property except a casino.
The bedrooms were clean
The hot tube and swimming pool was cracked and you had to be careful. The hot tub was cold water.
Very friendly staff. Too much seaweed. Quiet and comfortable. Bartenders are great! But if you really want to enjoy the beach go somewhere else. Taxi rates are really high. Rent a car. Food is good but very low choices.
Let me start by saying our stay was LOVELY and we heavily enjoyed ourselves! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the VIP/honeymoon room package was adorable!
That being said - the seaweed prevented ocean access despite the resorts very best efforts to keep it cleared. The beaches were usable and kept cleared, but the water this time of year is just infested. The do try very hard though!
The food can become monotonous after a few days so definitely plan in some off resort days. The restaurant hours are weird for 4 of the 5 locations and the main bar/grill has a limited menu so the fried foods become a bit much after a while.
But the drinks are strong and we DEF got our moneys worth there!
All in all a lovely trip that we enjoyed!
The Restaurant Tunsanacy
The rooms were just okay, the property is run down, landscaping is awful. Some of the staff need to be trained in hospitality. Some act like they’re doing me a favor by being there. What you post that is offered in the rooms is not true and I paid extra to have those rooms. Had to change rooms because the sliders didn’t close correctly and had bugs in the room, could not use the beach. The smell was horrific every time I came out of my room I had to stop myself from being nauseous. The Internet was always going down and we lose power numerous times. It’s just not what the pictures show and was advertised

There was nothing I didn’t like
The staff was mostly very friendly, but they were lying to everyone about the hot water until everyone found out that no one had hot water. The water was brown and smelled horrible. The food was pretty bad and the resort is far from everything. You have to rent a car, because the taxis cost a fortune. St. Croix is great. This resort is awful.
The staff was great. Could use some more options for food, but the Tuscan restaurant was delicious. We rented a car so we could go to town and shop whenever we chose.
The best thing about my stay was the staff. Everyone friendly and helpful. The resort is kind of secluded not many things to do walking distance. The quality of the stay not 5star worthy but the environment is fun
We enjoyed our time at the beach, pool and bars. Bartenders were fun and had a positive vibe. Food was good. Activities were fun. Our room was very nice. The property itself could be maintained a little better. The resort is very remote with nothing within walking distance. Taxi required to go anywhere. We were good with that as we just wanted to chill on the beach.
I loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy
Buffet had great variety. Staff always very helpful and smiling. Tuscany restaurant was excellent. Great to be able to choose pool or beach for catching rays. Fire dancing show!
Limited activities. Pickleball was across the street.
