Bien y segura
Pros:

La ubicación del lugar, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

El ruido, me quedé en la habitación 3 en la primera planta, y lamentablemente escuchaba a las personas pasar y desayunar. La terraza es bonita pero se sentí muy caliente.

Cumple, pero hay oportunidad de mejora
Pros:

El personal muy amable, dentro de lo que está a su alcance. Las camas muy cómodas. En general, el hotel es bonito y tal cómo muestran las fotos en sus espacios, jardines, terraza, etc. Además muy silencioso al estar algo más “alejado” del centro cómo tal. Digo “alejado” porque Antigua es 100% cambiable.

Cons:

1) El desayuno: Sólo tienen 3 opciones para escoger (De la casa, waffles/frutas o Continental). Podría ser más variado, especialmente si tienes estadía mas larga, ya que se vuelve algo monótono.

2) El WiFi es inestable con muchas conexiones según lugar del hotel. Le sugiero al hotel que, independiente que tengan muchas repetidoras, mantengan la misma clave para todas, lo hace más cómodo para el huésped.

3) A las habitaciones del anexo del hotel (casa del lado), le faltan detalles cómo vasos o TV cable al momento de llegar a descansar (me tocó una con Google TV y el internet no da). Igual esto es subjetivo y no esencial.

Buen alojamiento
Pros:

Instalaciones bonitas y acordes con la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y presto a ayudar. Si tienes que madrugar para un tour, tienes que avisar el día anterior y te consiguen algo para llevar, en nuestro caso fue un pastel de carne y una botella de agua, lo cual es bueno para no perder el beneficio del desayuno

Amazing staff!
Pros:

The hotel is not luxurious, but it is very functional and has everything you need: a comfortable bed, hot water, air conditioning and a good breakfast. The outdoor area is incredible, with beautiful trees, birds singing and a jacuzzi that helped me relax after the hike. The staff is amazing, everyone is very polite and kind. I highly recommend it!

Excelente localização, atendimento muito bom, muita gentileza e funcionários solícitos.

Cons:

Faltou um frigobar no quarto. A cidade é muito quente e é ruim não ter como gelar as bebidas. Além disso, sugiro que coloquem uma cafeteira no quarto (simples) ou na recepção que a gente possa pagar pelo café, se for o caso. Os passeios saem muito cedo e não tem café pronto. Ter um café seria maravilhoso.

We LOVED the staff. The gentleman who runs it is so lovely, he made us feel right at home as soon as we walked through the doors. It was soooo clean too!
