It was clean, the beds were comfortable with nice clean linens. The shower was hot with good pressure, and the price was right. The included breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room was #1 and located right next to the reception. It was extremely noisy due to activities at the desk. Also, the window to the room was open to the courtyard, which had lights on most of the night and guests walking by at all hours. They need blackout curtains. The location was a bit out of the way. We are used to a more centralized location.

Comfortable and safe with excellent staff
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. Included breakfast which was minimal but nice to be included. There was hot water, good shower pressure and comfortable beds. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The hotel is very secure and locks the main entrance at night where a security guard will let you in. It is close to a busy street but the noise disappears when the main entrance is closed for the night so it is very quiet. I will definitely be staying here whenever I come to Antigua. Great value for your money in this area.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Increíble, muy lindo hotel y buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando a cualquier parte, la atención más que excelente, volvería a ir a este hotel sin pensarlo!!

El personal es muy amable ! Pedro es una persona muy gentil y dispuesto a colaborar. Sandra muy amable. Saúl quien estaba en la noche muy servicial. Agua disponible para huéspedes. Habitación cómoda y limpia. La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer antigua. Desayuno bien.
