Excelente lugar. Muy lindo, céntrico (5 minutos caminando al Arco de Santa Catalina) limpio y el mejor servicio de Cecilia y todo su equipo. Recomendado.

Es un lugar muy limpio. La atención es excelente. Están atentos a tus necesidades. Es un lugar pequeñito, pero acogedor. Aunque está un poco lejos del centro, es muy seguro y se puede caminar a cualquier hora.

Lokalizacja jest świetna w centrum.Jacuzzi w ogrodzie wspaniale,gorąca woda pod prysznicem i bardzo czysto w pokoju.Bardzo sprawnie i cicho działająca klimatyzacja i parking w cenie dwie przecznice od hotelu.

Cons:

Szkoda że w pokoju nie ma lodówki-gdyby była zostalibyśmy tam dłużej.

Cons:

Ze zijn niet zo commercieel ingesteld, de eerste nacht was de geur in 1 kamer echt niet uit te houden, het stonk naar de chloor, dit werd eerst niet serieus genomen, pas ‘s avonds hebben ze het toegegeven dat ze het roken en een ventilator geplaatst maar er was geen andere kamer meer vrij in het hotel. We hebben dan zelf de matras verlegd van de kinderen naar onze andere slaapkamer.
We konden geen ontbijt nemen omdat we volgende dag om 7u doorgingen voor Acatenango. Hiervoor werd ons ter vervanging niets meegegeven.
Bij terugkeer een dag later werd ons een andere kamer gegeven met 2 aparte bedden voor de kinderen maar daar moesten we dan voor bijbetalen eerst. We waren supermoe van de hike maar moesten toch wachten tot 13u tot we op de kamer konden. Ze zijn onderbemand in personeel en niet commercieel ingesteld.
Ook moest ik bijbetalen voor melk bij mijn koffie, dat had ik nog nooit meegemaakt?
