Pros:

Walking distance to BACC for my hajj course. Nice surrounding & view especially at night. Many eating outlets.

Cons:

1. Once I entered the room, I could smell as if someone was smoking in the toilet. It took quite a while for the smell to disappear.
2. My booking was breakfast excluded. When my children went to the cafe for breakfast, they had to wait for their fried rice. They were not happy with the food. Second day they had their breakfast outside.

WORSE EXPERIENCE.
Pros:

nothing i like about the property.

Cons:

the smell of the lobby disgusts me. no cutlery provided to eat in the room. reception did not pickup call at all. bad service. cant get my breakfast because of the bad procedure to pay. overall i will never come here again.
