A lively hotel in a quiet part of Phoenix, relatively close to the downtown area.
Pros:

Located in a quiet part of Phoenix, the downtown area is accessible by foot with a forty-minute-ish walk (I'm British!). Room was clean and well-equipped.

It was a wonderful stay at a hip and friendly place. I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The room had so many thoughtful items. There was a Brita, full-size refrigerator, microwave, kettlebell. There was a fantastic common area with lounging pool. The on-site restaurant was delicious.

I would pick a more in town hotel and pay the difference.
Pros:

Clean , quite at least the nights I stayed.

Cons:

Location too far out of town. Lack of good restaurants. Lack of any facilities.

Cons:

The TV in the room did not work and still have not received a response from.the inconveniences and we also killed a roach in the bathroom so left my bags outside for 2 days just incase when I got home

Pros:

Décoration sympathique, literie confortable, grand frigo et bar attenant très accueillant.

Cons:

Salle de bain trop petite mais surtout ménage insuffisant. Le tapis dans la chambre devrait être nettoyé et la douche n'était pas impeccable.

We didn’t even stay.

It was cute, but…

Cons:

There was nothing warning us during the booking process that this motel is a popular party spot for events and there was a huge and loud party going on when we got there. Like with a DJ and loud music and so we didn’t stay since we just needed a restful night before hitting the road again.

Pros:

I was there for a concert. It worked well for me. Appears to be a little funky at first but the room had it's own personality that was actually very comfortable

Cons:

The restaurant below didn't have much to offer.
