Location was great and the breakfast was nice
The dinning area was at the entrance of the hotel which in my opinion was not good
La proximité du centre, la propreté et le petit déjeuner
Nous étions au 4eme étage et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre malgré le chauffage coupé et impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit pour aérer car la chambre donnait sur la rue et on entendait très fort la circulation.
Grundsätzlich war die Ausstattung ok, aber pro Nacht bei einem Preis von 240,- € für ein Doppelzimmer ohne Frühstück, hätte ich doch einen gehobeneren Standard erwartet. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in direkter Umgebung und trotz der Lage an großen Straßen und S-Bahn-Haltestelle war es recht ruhig.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, die Betten (unser Doppelbett bestand aus zwei rollenden Einzelbetten, die bei jeder Drehung auseinander rollten), Klimaanlage außer Funktion, sehr teures Frühstück und da es wenig Sinn macht in Lüttich mit dem Auto zu fahren, war die Hanglage des Hotels nicht ganz optimal, aber für die Geographie machen wir niemanden verantwortlich.

Frühstück ist für Personen, die nur ein leichtes Frühstück (Kaffe & Croissant) wollen, überteuert. Vorfahrt zum Ausladen und Parkplatz sind ein Problem.
The beds are amazing, everything super clean and it has good facilities and a good location. The staff is also freindly and always willing to help.
It is the 3rd we come to this hotel and it's the first choice whenever we need to come to Liege.
Highly recommendable
Nothing I did not like, just maybe as a detail when you go with dogs they could have some bowls or even a blanket/bed for them, but this is a nice to have, nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staff.

Hotel non lontano dall centro, pulito e moderno.
Abbiamo ricevuto una camera non adeguata, con bagno per disabili con doccia al pavimento e tenda. Il lavabo non erogava acqua. Alla reception la ragazza non ci ha creduto, ha ripetuto che dovevamo capire come si usava il rubinetto, anche se abbiamo detto che lo stesso non c'era. Ci ha pure negato un'altra stanza dicendo che non c'erano stanze libere. Alla fine dopo lunga attesa al bar ha deciso di salire a vedere e ha ammesso il problema, poi senza scusarsi ci ha cambiato la camera, questa volta in ordine.
Il giorno seguente altra ragazza e altro problema con il parcheggio in autosilo che con la tessera non si riusciva ad aprire.
Siamo tornati in hotel ( piuttosto lontano ) e la ragazza ha detto tranquillamente che succede e che la colpa era nostra dato che dovevamo telefonare e l'avrebbero sbloccato.
Mai trovato un Radisson con personale così scostante e non formato!!!
