Worth the price, they need to update the towels and bedding.
Pros:

Although a clean, basic no frills room, there was no hand towel provided in the bathroom.

It was a good value for $100/night.

Cons:

I would have preferred to have someone at the front desk 24 hours, even though I had no issues that needed to be resolved.
Also, I would have like to check out and get my receipt earlier than 9:00 A. M.

Room had many cleanliness issues, the lack of staff in the morning is disappointing. Hallway smelt of smoke. Lack of soap and shampoo. Quality of towels were lower grade.

Honestly, disappointing...
Pros:

The staff was nice and the price wasn't bad.

Cons:

There was beard hair on our counter, the base of the mirror and a pile on the floor. Crumbs were all over the floor. It was gross.
I was disappointed that the following were not provided in our room: hand wash, conditioner (there was shampoo), hand towel, tissues, curtains to block out light, not even utensils were provided even though we had a kitchenette.

Run Away as Fast as You Can!!!

We were able to get an extra towel and bed sheets.

Cons:

Where do I begin? Place reeked of Marijuana no matter where we went to on the property. Made me feel physically dirty. My wife and I suffered headaches from the exposure. I definitely would not bring small children. The main beds mattress was thin and so old that we were able to feel the springs in our backs. It's been almost two days and my body is still sore. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the bed it was so bad! Our son slept on a pull out couch. The mattress was stained with only God knows what! I had to ask at the front desk for sheets and a blanket, even though when I made the reservation, I noted that it would be three adults in the room. Our sheets were never changed, or the room cleaned. I will NEVER stay, or recommend this hotel!

The price and location were good. The staff were pretty nice.

The staff seemed The room was cleaned up but there were spots missed in the bathroom and near the couch. The elevator was broken and the stairs were partially under construction.

We arrived late in the evening after a concert and were told that they overbooked and we did not have a room at the property. They did not offer any assistance just told us we were S.O.L.

We left a day early. Did not stay the full paid 2 days.
Pros:

Did not have breakfast. Not much.

Cons:

I had asked for a couch with a retaining wall for privacy. The couch was a love seat and and not comfortable to sleep. The door handle to the bathroom was gross. The under sheet of the bed was nasty.

Good room for short stay, series of unfortunate events.
Pros:

Good value for one nights stay. Convenient to have kitchen essentials for cooking options. Full fridge and comfortable bed. Room was clean for the value, and good location for where we were traveling.

Cons:

We were unfortunate to experienced someone in another room burning food that caused upheaval. Fire department had to come out and smoke was an issue. The next day elevator was shut down so we had to go down 4 flights of stairs with our luggage, which wasnt fun. Made for a bit of a hectic turn of events, but I'm assuming it doesnt happen often?

I liked the location and Sam at the front desk was super friendly and helpful

Cons:

Would have been better to have two beds, but it was never advertised as such, so no big deal. The plexiglass entry with locked entrance was a little intimidating, but did feel safe.

Value was great but need a couple more amenities in the room. The staff was amazing!!
Pros:

Location was great. Easy to get to, lots close by.

Cons:

Beds were now comfortable. Only 2 small pillows. No iron and no coffee maker.
