Overall stay was okay, room could’ve been cleaned better
Pros:

The location was good didn’t have to travel too far to get anywhere.

Cons:

Bathroom had previous residents genital hairs scattered around the toilet seat, and floor. Not to mention the fire alarm at 12 o’clock with 2 young children wasn’t pleasant at all.

It was nice, moderately clean, staff was nice.

Cons:

We had no toilet paper and no toiletries. Not sure if I just didn't read that when booking but showing up after a 8 hour drive and no means to use the restroom was not exciting.

Cons:

No ice machine? It's a suites hotel, it gets over 100⁰ in the Springs. People expect to have access to something as simple as ice. Even a broken ice machine beats "you have 2 ice trays in your room, do you know how to use them? We can show you). Not even a "thinly veiled" insult for asking for a cup of ice. Totally unnecessary and who shows up at a hotel thinking " hey let's get the ice trays going on the freezer so we can have a cold drink in 4 or 5.hours?" Beds are bad, pillows come Hard, Chunky or slab of foam (none good), the rooms AC was off so it took 2 hours to go from 90⁰ to a manageable 75. Place looks new & nice but staff and accommodations were lacking.
