A perfect stay with outstanding service, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Sub așteptări.
Pros:

Hotelul este poziționat bine, camera este destul de mare, este aproape de un Lidl.
Are aer condiționat
Baia este finisata frumos, iar apa calda este instant. Atenție sa nu va frigeți.
Piscina frumoasa
Receptionera este o persoana cumsecade și ne-a ajutat în problema noastră întâmpinată.

Cons:

Micul dejun este un mare minus. Nu este delicios, nu este variat, și din puținul pe care l-am măncat, am făcut toxiinfecție alimentara. Mare păcat
2. Deși in poze se vede o parcare, nu este aceea, ea este în lateral, nu apare în nicio poză, iar din greseala am parcat în parcarea care se vedea in poze , dar este una privată. Am avut noroc cu domnișoara de la recepție care ne-a salvat și pe calea aceasta îi mulțumesc din nou că ne-a scos din încurcătură.
3. Cearceafurile și pilotele nu erau cele mai curate, acestea aveau pete vechi.
4. Pe micul balconaș, sunt 2 scânduri care nu erau prinse și din acest punct de vedere riscai sa cazi in gol sau sa te rănești, doamne ferește de vreo tragedie!
5. Deși in tariful de rezervare este menționat LOCUL DE PARCARE când ajungi la locație ți se cer 25 de euro pentru garanție, o absurditate. Mi se oferă o telecomanda pentru a ridica bariera ptr acei 25 de euro! Păi voi scrieți in descriere că parcarea este gratis , dar de fapt trebuie sa dai 25 de euro pentru o telecomanda cu 2 butoane din plastic...ce puteam sa fac cu ea, să o distrug, să fug cu ea? Dacă pe booking este menționat FREE PARKING , păi gratis să fie. Sau daca e parcarea in prețul cazării, și acea telecomanda să fie pusă imediat la dispoziție...
De fiecare dată când cineva ridica bariera, aceasta rămânea cu orele ridicata, alteori se închidea rapid.
6. Salteaua nu este confortabila , iar pernele sunt mai mult de decor. Prea mici sa le poți numi perne și nu te poți odihni cum trebuie.
Per total raportul preț calitate nu este ok.

Sper sa remedieze din probleme, căci așa nu se face turism, iar în zona este competiție mare.
