Staff were friendly, hotel was in a great location, easy to get to places in walking distance to most areas we needed to get to.
The hotel itself was absolutely amazing. The DFO is a quick five minute walk which was amazing. The breakfast every morning is well worth the price and the staff each morning was lovely. Every part of our stay was top tier. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Seriously. They went above and beyond each day, even leaving a fruit bowl in our room halfway through the stay, and offering little lavender service that was super cool. I would definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
Good service
Great city views. Close to the motorway. The hotel itself was beautiful. The room was great and the highlight was the restaurant. One of the best burgers I’ve had! The infinity pool at night was the cherry on top.

Had a city view and was completely blown away over it! Our bathroom had blue stains in sink and a half broken door but everything else was absolutely devine

Staff didn’t seem to care about certain requests and had to remind them over and over about a request I had made. Constantly chasing them up.
Unreal service, unreal room, the downside is the noise of the pipes above my room. Other than that it was unreal!!

The service between the staff felt inconsistent. On check in the man that checked us in was lovely and let us know what was included in our package. When we went to utilise our package we felt weird as none if the staff seemed to know what we were talking about (eg: welcome champagne, room credit & parking).
